We have been relying on the Reflex team for many years in maintaining our two Audi's. We love the cars but especially love the way the cars are repaired at Reflex whenever they need a helping hand. We prefer to keep our Audi's for many years. This goal has been possible through their careful diagnostics, great expertise and the responsiveness to any challenge we present them with (and we have had a few over the many years).

Highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

The best in the area! These are great people, along with the rest of their staff. They know their stuff. Quick work, and can always count on being told exactly what is best for me. Always confident in their diagnosis and they do they're best to keep it as convenient as possible. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Reflex performed a pre-purchase inspection for me, as I was coming in from out of state. They discovered some interesting issues that I would not have found doing the inspection myself. They were thorough with the report and excellent about communication, going out of there way to achieve stand out service. I would absolutely recommend this company for future inspection and mechanic services.

Amazing helpful staff. My daughter and I took a Volkswagen here for a prepurchase assessment and heather and mike took us in on very short notice and gave us an extremely thorough examination of the car, a quote of the work that needed to be done, and their professional advice on how and if we should move forward. Fantastic experience, wish we lived closer!

Praises to Reflex Tuning for competent car repairs !!

06 april '17 > Owner Heather Zaccone gave me solid updates once a bearing replacement on a high mileage VW SUV faced a 'few gremlins'.

Reflex Tuning's most competent mechanic 'Very Tall' Mike completed the work without delay or challenge. Upon his road-test of the finished repair it became immediately apparent that OEM parts were not of VW quality.

Mechanic Mike took ownership and resolved the 'parts gremlins' with persistence and care. The bearing replacement also met another part challenge that was no fault of Reflex Tuning. One wheel bearing housing that was also received from a reputable parts vendor did not meet gap measurements.

Mechanic Mike impressed me with his knowledge and ability to verify that two non-spec. OEM parts were to blame. He invested six hours to correct the 'correctly completed repair' a second time with what he demonstrated to me to be 'faultless OEM parts'.

I will return to Reflex Tuning again and understand that 'Gremlins may happen' and that owner Heather and mechanic Mike took care of me.

Once again - I look forward to their future work to correct additional tired parts that have worn over time. For those who have not owned VW or Audi vehicles know that Heather's interest in these two German automobile brands resonates / she knows her stuff !

Took me in on short notice. Very comfortable place to wait for service and also given opportunity to use loaner to attend to errands during service. Friendly, attentive, good value. Recommend this shop.

Compared to other experiences I've had at dealers and service departments Reflex Tuning feels like the way car service should be.. On my first visit there they actually invited me into the garage to check out the work they were thinking of doing and showing me exactly what they meant. They communicate frequently as they are doing the work and give me options. Highly recommended.
