Wish, I could leave 1 star. Background. When I became disabled my sister opened an account for me at this bank. Reason being, I had to have a payee. Three yrs later. I am my own payee. There is only one person that handles debit cards for all branches. Her name is Becky.
Becky is a trigger happy unprofessional person who loves gossip. She is more than happy to put a hold on your debit card if she dislikes you for any reason. Sounds personal you ask?
Exactly. Why would a business mistreat a good solid customer with 24 hour locks on there only means of making a purchase? There should be no room for this kind of behavior from any business, let alone a bank. I have informed Social Security of the third time this has happened. As, they said. They are simply going overboard and there is no logical reason for it.
If your on SSplease don't give them any business. You will regret it. For some reason. I believe that Becky does not think we deserve our benefits. I am appalled at such an idea.
But, it is the only reason I can come up with. BTW, I have asked them twice to remove my sister's name.
This is the part that SS is looking in to. An official request is not something a bank can say no to.

Never been
