Emailed Paul this morning about price matching another dealer, and got a call back within minutes of sending the email. 10 minutes later, I had placed the order for the new Haibike SDuro Hardnine RC for a great price and Paul's customer service was AWESOME to say the least. Very professional and friendly, and very efficient. Thank you Paul!!!!

Paul is a great guy to deal with. I purchased 2 Haibike SDRO Hardlife ebikes from him and he was very helpful with all of my questions as I live in California and didn't want to pay any more sales tax than these Piranhas here are already taking. Shipping was only 4 days and assembly takes less than 30 minutes. The bikes look and ride great. I was happy to deal with a shop that has a full inventory of ebikes instead of what my local shops had in stock that they were pushing on me. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

My wife and I rented electric bikes from here a few years ago. It was a great time! There is a public trail right next to this place that is perfect to ride on (it's paved). These ebikes go fast! Try a rental out, you'll have a lot of fun. Fun, fun, fun.

Paul & his team are just awesome to deal with !!!! I special ordered my Haibike Xduro bike though Paul, & Haibike factory kept delaying production, & he kept me well informed along the way by constantly checking status through his dealer portal. I'm extremely happy with my new bike. Right from the start in trying to choose the right bike, Paul was excellent with communication either by phone or email. I felt better after talking to him b/c of his extensive experience & product knowledge. Paul went out of his way to insure I got the bike I wanted. I really got a sense of personalized service! The bike arrived via free shipping! & the way the bike had been pre-set up & re-packed just was amazing. It had been packed in such a thorough way, it would of been almost impossible to damage the bike during shipping! He really spent significant time, bubble wrapping, extra foam padding, cardboard, you name it, to ensure the bike was extremely well protected. It certainly wouldn't of come out of the factory like that. Paul & the E-bike team of New England insured the bike was perfect & pre-set up before shipping. I quickly put the bike together & went for a ride, the bike is PERFECT. Paul reassured me that Haibike Exduro was just "top notch" quality & construction was right on. I feel if there's ever an issue with my purchase, that Paul & his team will be there to help out. "Good things come to those who wait" really applies here. I honestly don't think I could of got a better price & with unsurpassed customer service, like I did from Paul & E-Bikes of New England anywhere else. It's a 5 + star business with top-shelf customer service period.

We just bought 2 Pedego bikes from Paul. The experience was fantastic and seamless. Paul went over the details of our order, was very helpful and friendly. Our bikes were delivered on time and perfect. He has great prices, offers great support and we couldn't be happier with pour decision to buy from him. Anyone in the market for an E-bike should definitely check out E-Bikes of New England!!!

I went in for my second visit today really looking forward to making a purchase. I hade a great time test riding a couple options on my previous visit and it only excited me even more to get back up there and bring one back home with me this time! I then asked about the return policy.. and.. was told that I'm not able to bring the bike back once I purchased it! This is a huge problem for me as on my first visit I stated I'm a big guy that lives in a hilly area that's my biggest concern, not to mention there were no hills where the test rides took place so I was supposed to make a completely blind 2000 plus dollar purchase without knowing if the product was adequate for the sole purpose in which I was buying it, it just doesn't seem right. The only agreement I was offered was I could bring the bike home as long as I agreed if I didn't like it I would buy another bike that they didn't have in stock and was more money without even getting to test ride..!? sadly had to drive home empty handed and extremely bummed and soured on the whole idea of electric bikes all together now. I won't be back
