We came to Iozzo's for a anniversary dinner and had a wonderful time. Reservations were easy to make and parking was fairly easy to find. We sat inside and found the dining room to be comfortable - plenty of space between tables and with good mood lighting. The food was excellent. We shared the platter for two that sample some of their best meals. My wife loved the lasagna while my favorite was the chicken piccata. Our server was friendly and helpful, going as far as to get us two complementary glasses of champagne to celebrate. Overall, we felt that the atmosphere and quality of food make this one of the best Italian restaurants in Indy.

Quality food and top notch service comes naturally here, it's easy to see. Iozzo's is an excellent restaurant. I thoroughly enjoy every visit.

First visit was an absolute success. I am overwhelmed with the awesome food, service and atmosphere. David, bartender, is an exceptional people person and superior bartender. Veal piccata was perfect, excellent pasta with meat sauce and Brussel sprouts. Great feel from all staff encountered. I recommend, but keep it to yourself. I don't want to come back and not find a seat at the bar.

Nice, cozy Italian on Indy's near southside. Great wine list, seasonal specials and attentive service match up well with a tasty collection of traditional pasta, veal, meat and seafood dishes. Outside seating in summer as well.

Seriously the best restaurant and experience I've had all year! The atmosphere, food, and service are top notch. If you are lucky enough to have Linda as your server, you will be very well taken care of. She's the best!

Great food. I had the Halibut with crab YUMMY. My husband had the Osso buco and loved it. Good wine menu. Reservations recommended for large parties. We were a group of 10 and had great service.

Came in for a late lunch. Very authentic Italian American cuisine. Service was little disjointed as we were serviced by different waitress with each interaction and they were hard to get ahold of. Atmosphere was nice but the music playing kept switching from classic standards to modern pop, and the pop stood out weird in the context of the restaurant.

Came here with my wife and parents for dinner before a football game. The service and food was amazing. They even have $10 parking on game day if you want to leave your car there. 5-10 min walk to/from the stadium. We will be back.

We were invited to dine there for a birthday party. I will say the ambiance was inviting. Outdoor patio was charming. The service from the kitchen and wait staff was poor. We all ordered appetizers and entrees. After an hour of sitting, we had ask if our meals were ready and to please bring out the salads! Only one server for a party of 13! Entrees we're wrong. One gentlemen got a child's portion of lasagna. The manager argued that it was a full portion when the woman next to him had a considerably larger portion. This went on until the gentlemen asked to have it removed. The server offered to bring out the sausage that went with the meal (that coincidentally, didn't come out with the lasagna. Yikes). We were rushed out before being served our dessert. An oversight? Either way, sub par. My bill with my husband's about $100. For the money, I would have expected more. That's a huge expense for an "off" night.

We had a fantastic date night here. Great atmosphere, the food is incredible! We sat in the bar. Our table top was a little small for the amount of food we ordered, may have gone overboard :) loved it, will definitely go back!

This place has a story that reflects the food and it's deliciousness. The ambience of Italy shows throughout. We were pleased to have Sarah serve us and Scott gave us a quick history of how they came about. His story telling made us feel like family

We dined at this charming little restaurant last week when in town for a trade show. It was a wonderful experience. Wonderful atmosphere- from the warm and cozy decor and music to the staff. Every staff member we encountered from the hostess, to a young woman setting the next table to ours, right through to our server Anthony were welcoming and friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The food was mouth-wateringly delectable. We're looking forward to coming back when we're in town again for the trade show next year.

What a great dining experience. The food is excellent and they are particularly knowledgeable with handling food allergies. When you visit, be certain to ask about the story of the founding of the restaurant. It has a long, rich and interesting history.

Prices are a little on the high side and be sure to dress nicely when visiting.
