The loading was good was just some time after.but the lady the office did something that was shocking..after I got load I decide to go to the pharmacywhen I pick up my paper wrk she over hear on the telling the uber drive I'm coming out in few seconds as soon arrived at pharmacy I got a call from my to come move truck before they Tow my truck because are closing they need to lock the gateso went back I asked het you have overnight right she said so why telling me to move I'm not no body way ..she said you can't leave you can't leave your truck unattended .or if going anywhere you must take it with you.

Not to bad, got in and out within 2 hours. Everything else went smoothly and was back on the road!! Personnel, pretty decent people to work with!!Thanks for the prompt service!!

Takes forever to get loaded and the people in the office could be a little nicer the spotter is friendly though

Waited in door 8 hours to load until my appointment time at 2:30. 41k on bols and was over gross at 81,140. That's impossible if weight is gross 41k. Back in door for 4 more hours for them to cut weight to 39k supposedly.. Gross weight now 38,450.

Hit or miss. Sometimes you are in and out in less than 2 hours, sometimes not. Staff is friendly. They will let you drop trailer to go eat, but notify them first if you are doing so

Nice warehouse, nice people, I came 4 hours before my appointment, and I got unloaded in 2 hours, also this week they have free sodas,and water for the truck drivers.

They load closer to your appt time no matter when you get there but they have onsite parking ,,before and after loading

Very nice place. Lots of room to back up. Employees were very courteous too. Only negative is the loading took a bit long, but who doesn't when it comes to reefers. All in all an OK loading experience with nice employees.

This place couldn't care less about the drivers. They had me sitting there for 2 hours just to tell me my trailer had to be washed. My trailer was pretty clean, so most likely the guy was getting off work soon and decided to send me away so he doesn't have to do any work. After checking in again, it took them another 3 hours to get me loaded. Spent 6 hours there for a simple load. I don't know how the management keeps such worthless employees on payroll. Probably since he's worthless as well. I'd like to know how this place would survive without trucks or the drivers who drive them
