Make sure you know how much they are going to charge up front for an oil change. It started off 249.00 by the time they got done putting what the said was an extra gallon of oil, and what ever shop supply my bill was 330. O0. Not good business.

I really like this place and the people. This is the only place that I go to for an oil change/simple service..
That being said, I tried them twice for a proper three axle alignment and it never worked out for me. My account is very similar to what the other guy mentioned on here about his alignment job attempt. I was in there for an oil change and I pointed out my problems. Well they blamed my new steer tire for my truck pulling hard to the right after my alignment job back at the end of June. Two of the lead people (won't say any names) said it was a bad tire instead of rechecking my alignment when I was there two weeks ago. My new right steer was sheering away fast I told them. So was the tire across from it but not as fast. And my truck has never did this I said.. Well they said it's probably the tire. I'm no fool, I'm a mechanic myself so I didn't argue the point.
I took it to Freightliner today to have it re-checked. I heard that Freightliner was cheaper (true), and that they do a great job (time will tell.) I'm still at Freightliner. The alignment mechanic at Freightliner told me my rear axle was still wayyy off and the tow was off on my steer axle.
I was actually better off before I let Interstate touch my alignment. They were having a lot of trouble understanding their brand new alignment equipment. Not sure if that had something to do with it.. But Freightliner said these mistakes was why I was eating up my steers. It wasn't a tire problem, inwhich I already knew! And that was why I was eating my tires up even worse than before my botched alignment.. Great place for oil, lube, and maybe tires. Good group of guys that I like, this isn't personal. But this is not the place for a proper alignment. Well that's my experience at leastAnd I'm being as fair as I can.

These guys really took care of me. I have my truck serviced here and had all 8 of my drives replaced with them. Wesley, Jimbo, and the rest of the guys were really cool to work with and seemed to actually care. That's hard to find anymore. I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't waste your time buying tires from here. We bought a set of steer tires (hercules)in December 2015, for about $575.00, after just a few months chunks of rubber started coming out of the tires. They had less than 20,000 miles. We stopped and spoke with Dan, the manager, and he said that we were such great customers he would get us a full refund. We had to purchase a new set of Hercules tires to get the refund, which was an additional $593.00. After about 4 weeks my husband stopped by to check on the progress and we were offered $90/tire. I called and after speaking with numerous people, we got a refund of $300. Steer tires that should last the whole year or more cost us $868. 00 and they were not even a named brand tire. Our company will NEVER buy tires from Interstate Tire and Lube again. Save time, money, and headache and go to Turbo Truck Center. I also saw how most of the people that worked there posted great reviews about themselves. I guess they don't leave that up to satisfied customers.

I took my truck to get alignment done. After get it done I drove out and notice my truck was now pulling to the right. Went back and told them what was going on..they told me that was good the truck was pulling to the right, because if I fall to sleep the truck was going off the road.
Bad place to do the alignment. Don't recommend to anyone!!!!!response / report this review -

On August 19, 2013 my driver for Kaplan trucking stopped in for a simple PM service after the service was complete my driver didn't make it out of their bay before it was blowing oil out of the exhaust. My driver turned around and went right back to the shop and asked for their help and all they were concerned about was going home. We sent a mechanic from our town in Madison up to Calhoun to check on it. He found that while servicing the truck they had moved the crank case breather hose up out of their way and kinked it off causing the engine to build pressure and blow oil back through the seal in the turbo. My mechanic made all repairs and the truck is running great. That $300 dollar oil change ended up costing me over $3000.00 dollars and they refused to take any responsibility or action. I own 9 trucks and we have used this company multiple times but after this experience I will never be back.
