I went to Intermountain Vein Center after having my 4th baby and some pretty severe varicose veins. The staff at Intermountain Vein Center was friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. Dr. Black and Dr. Nielson were wonderful! I am so happy with my results! My legs feel and look SO much better! I will definitely use them again for any future needs!

My son was scheduled at 7 a.m. for a sclerosing appointment. We arrived at 659, signed his paperwork, and then sat until 712 before they took him back and did his vitals and had him change. At 720 a tech came in and did a 30 second scan on his ankle and left.
At 740 I went and asked how long It would be and the secretary said “he’ll get to you. I can’t control when he gets here.” Seriously? That’s considered helpful or customer service?
At 801 Dr Black finally waltzed in the room, avoided acknowledging or any eye contact with me, and didn’t even apologize for making my son wait for an hour.
If a Dr is going to schedule a 700 appointment, he should be there ready to go. If he’s not, then the patient should be informed - especially for the high cost of this visit. I missed work and my son missed class as a result of the physician’s tardiness. The girl at the front desk was nice, and the two techs were ok. Completely unimpressed by the rest of our interactions with staff and the physician. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Intermountain Vein Center is the only place I trust to treat my veins. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have the best doctors and staff. I always know I’m in the best hands when I’m there and that they will do everything they can to help me. They have truly given me a better quality of life, and I am forever grateful.

I had my treatments done by Dr. Black and Dr. Collins. They are both great! And so is the rest of the medical staff that I have interacted with. Angie, the ultrasound technician, and Justin, the medical assistant, are super nice. Jason, the nurse practitioner, takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy for someone who didn't go to medical school to understand. The office staff is amazing! Amber Lee, Dinah, and Heather, helped me figure out my insurance coverage (or I should say lack of coverage) saving me a tone of time and headache!!! The receptionists, Brittany, and Val are also very helpful and friendly. Overall the clinic is outstanding! You'll be happy you went here!

I had one leg treated a few weeks ago, and went back yesterday for my follow up. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful in answering the questions I had. My first treatment took less than an hour and the recovery went well. My leg feels great and my veins looked good on the follow up. I'm looking forward to getting my other leg treated in a couple weeks. So glad I went to the free vein screening to get checked out! I don't think I would have known I had varicose veins if I hadn't gone to the event.

Before I went to Intermountain Vein Center my knees ached all the time. I had had both of my knees replaced and so I thought it was pain from those procedures. But after they did the procedures on my legs, my knees have stopped aching and I am not taking any daily pain meds. It was a great experience.
