I have been a loyal customer for years and spent quite a bit of money over those years. After a week of using some expensive goggles they snapped and Poco Loco was unwilling to replace or give store credit for goggles. Is it wrong to feel that a store you have supported for so long would help give back to you as a customer I'm sad that customer service is so poorly valued these days.

I stopped in to grab a swimsuit and surf shirt. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly and their prices were great. The store was nice, clean and laid out well. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for swimwear.
