Every time I come in to this place they are friendly, attentive (but not pushy), and a huge help when making decisions on gear. One of the things I love is if one person doesn't know the answer to a question they don't try to make one up. They ask other employees. Teamwork makes the dream work.

The staff are very helpful and eager to help you . I also shop at their Thousand Oaks store sometimes and they are also very friendly and helpful . I n fact I purchased a Fender Mandolin from the one at theirThousand Oaks store .

Disappointed with the service I received. Purchased two Taylor GS Minis and other guitars there recently. Had to get an adjustment for buzzing on my GS Mini..What I got back was an out of tune guitar with my action worse than before. Yes, they stopped the buzzing but gave me back a guitar than any guitarist would say is not set up properly.
Update: Manager called me and offered to fix the situation. Id consider this good customer service so they get 2 more stars
