Managers are very rude, employees also rude and are not knowledgeable on items sold at Kohls. Most of time it is very disorganized. I live in Oxnard and I will be driving all the way to Kohls in T.O just to not have to come here. In general I give Kohls a 3/4 star but this location in particular, 0/1.

The great thing about Kohl’s is that all their stores are arranged/organized in the same way. Makes it easy to find what you need when visiting a different store location. Always neat and clean.

Kohl’s are pretty standard as they come An this seams to be the closest for most people in the area. Usually busy on weekends an afternoons most days, so when I visit this location I usually only go right after opening. The also have a donation drop box in the northeast corner, which makes it super easy for getting rid of extra clothes An goods for a good cause.

The store maintains the appearance of the displays well enough. The dressing rooms are pretty much ignored, not cleaned up. Checking out was fairly quick, the cashier offered 30% off if I opened a credit account. That brought my purchase down nicely and the store will send a 15% off coupon to be used later. Overall a pretty nice experience.

I first started using Kohl's several decades ago in the Midwest. A little more reliable than Target or other stores when it comes to finding a discount section, and their discount section actually has decent stuff in it. This place only carries adult and children's clothing, but bed Ware kitchenware and things of that nature so it's pretty inclusive.
