So bummed that my ring has completely fallen apart to the point that I cannot wear it. We've paid enough money to B&S to now not have a ring that is even wearable. Severely disappointed.

Had these guys resize my wife's ring about 9 months ago. When we got it back you could see a line around where they had resized. Didn't think much of it until the diamond came loose lately. Had two jewelers take a look at it (separately), and both agreed the resizing was shoddy work and was not resealed with the proper material. Beware Bryant & Sons!

Rex is great. Answered dozens and dozens of detailed questions. Staff have always been helpful. I don't always buy here, but I always like to shop here because there's zero sales pressure and the staff are knowledgeable. Prices seem reasonable too.

I would like to say that Bryant & Sons is the best for both customer service and craftsmanship. I would especially like to thank Paul, their storefront representative; and Willie, their master goldsmith.

Paul is warm, creative, and attentive. He is extremely technically informed regarding the restoration of antique jewelry and the creation of custom jewelry.

Willie is an incredibly skilled master goldsmith who I trust to make repairs on delicate, one of a kind antique jewels. He uses the handmade techniques from the period your piece was originally made -- No shortcuts. For example, he will hand saw filigree details into your piece; he will not cast it.

They stand by and guarantee the quality of their work. You can trust them to handle your pieces. As Paul once said to me, "We're not done until you're happy."

Came here looking at diamond studs and the service was excellent! My family has been coming here for many years and I am happy to know that the excellent service still exist. Don't go to any jewelry store but Bryant & Sons, Ltd., you'll be amazed by the level of personalized service once you walk through those doors. Thank you for the great purchasing experience.

Santa Barbara residents deserve better, do not go here.

They are NOT a licensed Authorized Tacori Dealer. Any work done on your
Tacori ring will VOID your warranty. My fiancee ring cracked in two places in the foundation after ONLY 8 months. They refuse to pay to fix it, only to have their in-store jeweler repair it thus again voiding the warranty. They don't make the customer a priority.

I highly recommend Silverhorn Jewelers, Truong & Company or for Tacori go to Jewelry Couture.

They are very nice and helpful and make you feel welcome when you come in. It is a much more inviting atmosphere than most jewelers I have visited. They actually want to help you and make you happy. There are lots of lovely rings and pieces to choose from! My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I love it! I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone. They do free resizing and cleanings.
