  I took my Tiffiany & Co. necklace to Patco to be fixed because I broke the chain. When I came back a few days later to pick it up the chain was 3 inches longer than when I dropped it off. No one that worked there could give me a reason for what happened. I believe the chain was switched out, but I have no solid evidence. Overall I was taken advantage of and don't recommend anyone going to Patco with valuable jewelry or at all for that matter.

  I came in with only a low quality picture of a ring design, and Pat brought it to life and made it more excellent than I even expected. Every time my fiancee and I left Pat's shop, we were so glad we chose to do business with Patco. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, prompt and understanding. I shopped around before coming to Patco and feel very confident that I received the highest quality for the best price.
