  This place is the biggest joke to represent the Marriott name I have ever seen! You want hospitality and customer service you'll find just a bunch of employees who don't know what they are doing screwing you over financially followed by their management not taking responsibility for their employees actions. You think I'm lying go look at my last review on a real Marriott, Pretty sure they got 5 stars however this place I can't even find words for. It's been over a week and somehow I still to this day am out of money that I very well needed. Not to mention the fact they ruined my birthday the day I so poorly decided to stay with them before doing a little research on em first. I get it, people mess up but to not even attempt to offer even a discount on our next stay let alone possibly a room comp may have just very well cost the Marriott name entirely a couple of customers!

  we cant say enough about this hotel! we spent the night at a near by hotel that was mold infested and called them first think in the morning and they were so willing to help us! the lady at the fount desk even made sure we were not staying in the part of the hotel that was being renovated! she wanted to make sure we had a quite comfy night! when we got to the room it was a very nice surprise! the room has a full kitchen was so clean and smelled very nice! the staff at the hotel are super friendly and very helpful! will for sure be staying here again!

  I like this place but I wish the pool was inside. The kitchenette in the room are very nice and they have full size fridges and sinks. I would love to stay here if I was staying for a month in Denver. There is an elevator in the buildings to get upstairs.

  Stayed at this hotel on a peak week during winter break. The room was great as well as the staff. After we had checked out and made it home I had realized I lost my wallet so I made a call to the hotel and thankfully thier staff had found it. They were very helpful with finding a way to get it back to me. They send it out the next day and also emailed a tracking number to assure it was on its way back home. I received the wallet the way I left it. I am very thankful for the great staff this hotel has.

  Great place if you are coming to Denver in a budget. I come to Denver once or twice a year in skiing trips with friends, or family, or even just by myself. I have stay here about a dozen times by now, it’s on the west side of the city so I can go skiing and into the city in my trips. Every time my experience have been great and the staff have been fantastic. I highly recommend it.

  Staying at TownePlace Suites for my husband's work and it is absolutely wonderful. The suite is fabulous and the staff is the best. Would recommend to anyone.

  Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. Room is cozy, the bed is comfortable, and the decor is to date. The AC unit is a little loud and the controls are analog instead of digital like many hotel rooms but that's a minor knock. Lots of outlets throughout the room but could use a couple more by the bed for various devices. Definitely would stay here again.

  Had a very interesting experience here. The place is very updated but the check in staff lacked skills in pointing out places to eat, swim, or giving me appropriate items for our stay. Very large building so we spent lots of time walking around trying to find the pool because there was no signs either. Cleaning staff kindly helped and laughed with us at lack of signage. (1 small sign near door) There were 2 rooms having major domestic fights during the night and thankfully an hour later they were escorted out. I made a list of things in the room needing fixed or cleaned and the morning desk took it very seriously. We enjoyed the breakfast and wait staff was great. Design and aesthetics were nice, with lots of space to work or wait for meetings. Great for flying in and staying for business. Parking at night was a nightmare, compounded by the snowstorm but all in all is come back.

  Cute room with your own mini kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with the basics like a few pots and pans, dishes and utensils. I will say that some of the dishes and cups weren't really washed. Other than that it was nice to have a kitchen to cook in. Room walls weren't paper thin. The fitness center is super small and can hold 1-2 people at most. For the price, I enjoyed my stay here.

  Awesome! The room was extremely clean and spacious. Staff was wonderful. And there were chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day. Fresh cookies in the lobby and a welcoming gift. Nice touches. We had the 2 bedroom suite and my only suggestion would be a king sized bed in the bigger bedroom instead of a queen. But it was wonderful!

  The older man working the night shift was super pleasant. We really enjoyed our suite where we had a private room for each person. The hotel and our room is clean but our bathroom didn't have a small trash can which was not ideal...Had to go to the kitchen to dispose of things. Their breakfast was good, great muffins. Good juice. They offer board games and have a lot of convenience store items in their lobby.

  OLIVER was amazing. Working at the front desk is not easy though Oliver has it mastered! Cheerful, welcoming and friendly; Oliver added to the great experience we had at this hotel. Great location and amazing rooms. Not to mention the affordability of this hotel. The 2 bedroom suites are more than perfect for just about anything you can need or want. We plan on going back anytime we are in Denver. Oliver, you are the greatest and I hope to see you when we return! ~Tani~
