Clean, comfy beds, easy entrance and parking. I love being able to cook and sample the local farmers markets. They even have outdoor grills!

Have stayed here twice and both times have been great! As a hotel employee, I know how a hotel should and should not be run, and these guys have never disappointed me. Service is great, rooms are clean, breakfast is hot! The only minor complaint I have is for the front desk. Though helpful, they didn't seem too happy (which I understand -- who really is happy at work?). But they should at least be pretending to be happier, considering their job is in customer satisfaction.

Simply my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm here for work at the Federal Center. They have a great happy hour, good breakfast, and happy hour snack foods.

Just like every other Homewood. They have a nice breakfast and a happy hour with snacks at night. The kitchen is nice. This is the perfect place to stay for work.

Great room! Really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. First place I've been that had a dinner as well with free drinks. Really enjoyed our stay. Just 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Every single encounter I had with staff personnel was positive. Everyone was eager to help in any way they could. Our room felt clean and comfortable. The accommodations included here are great and include dinner (M-Th), breakfast, laundry, fitness center, small pool, spa, etc.

Room was clean and lovely. Staff was very friendly. Nice patio and deck area. One small issue was trying to find the building. Signage needs some improvement.

Our stay on 7/6 was wonderful, with the only exception being that the kind lady who worked so hard to serve so many people during the dinner social was unfortunately subjected to extreme heat in the kitchen area. She did not complain a bit and was a superior hostess who made our experience excellent, but I felt very bad for her having to work so hard in the heat, which I noticed when she was preparing a glass of wine for me to go along with my dinner. Everything else was exceptional, but being that the staff went above and beyond to provide for us, I would like to see her provided with more comfortable working conditions. Thank you to the staff for working to make sure we had an otherwise great stay.

Loved this place! Beds were comfortable and breakfast was top notch. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it worked well. We had to make the sofa bed up ourselves with linens in the bedroom closet. Overall a great experience and we'd stay there again.

Happy hour Monday through Thursday, great breakfast every morning, front desk staff really nice and very accommodating! Excellent experience.

Housekeeping leaves something to be desired when you're there long term but all other staff compensates for that.

So far so good. My husband is here for a conference and I just tagged along. They have hot breakfast in the mornings and different events in the evenings like happy hour. The king studio suite is decent with a kitchenette..small sink, 2 too burner, dish washer, microwave, utensils and a full size fridge. It's also pretty quiet so far. It's not the best I've stayed in but for the price is actually quite nice.
