  Really wanted to love this place for our wedding rental, and things started out great. I found them at a bridal show and fell in love with one of the suits they had displayed there. We had a great experience ordering that suit for the nine men in the bridal party (including groomsmen, fathers and usher). Things started to unravel the day before the wedding (at the worst possible time). One of the groomsmen who went to pick up his suit the day before the wedding noticed that the tie looked different from when we ordered (his wife, a bridesmaid, was along for the original ordering trip). I called the shop about an hour before I was leaving for our rehearsal and was told that when they placed our order months earlier, they couldn't get the original, solid burgundy tie/vest color we selected, so the shop staff went ahead and made the executive decision to order a replacement tie that was the same burgundy color we had chosen, but it had a black stripe pattern on it - very different from what we ordered and I did not like it. When I called to ask why they wouldn't just call us when they were ordering the suits months ago to notify us, I was told that "they just didn't think it would be that big of a deal" to get the patterned tie (the original choice was just solid) since it was the same burgundy color. After going back and forth, they were able to order replacement ties and vests for the six groomsmen that were close to the original solid burgundy option we had chosen and were going to have them in by 10am on the day of our wedding. My now-husband had to go up there that morning (because why not, it's not like we had anything else going on that day) only to realize they had only ordered FIVE replacement options for the SIX groomsmen. As a result, our best man had to wear a different shade vest/tie than the rest of the groomsmen. As my husband and the best man finished up with the transaction after that second debacle (just hours before the wedding), one of the staff members said something along the lines of, "well, we almost got it right." Maybe it's just me, but when you badmouth the customer service at the big chain stores like this place did and force a couple to have mismatched groomsmen suits in the wedding pictures they're going to have forever, "almost" getting it right doesn't cut it. I am so disappointed. Highly recommend going elsewhere for menswear needs.

  Only interested in selling something. Had to take suit back after one time of wearing due to stiching unraveling and buttons falling off. Asked if they would take suit to be dry cleaned for the inconvenience of having to come back right after buying it. Was told they don't do that You mean your a suit shop and you don't have anyone to clean the suit? Will never go back nor suggest to anyone. Thought buying an expensive suit would deserve better customer service, guess not..

  Great place to shop The staff was very helpful with me and my wife as we were putting together our wedding. They are very to the point and are very good at what they do Beyond just the tuxedos and suits, I found they have a great selection of clothing! I will definitely be back here myself and highly recommend this place to others!

  I was happy to find a such a great selection of portly suits. I needed a suit ASAP and they were able to fit me and have it altered as I waited. Their new location is really nice and the staff was very helpful.
