I had never gotten a Colonic before but the experience is going to make me a regular at this establishment! The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The staff was very informative and explained everything perfectly straight to the point! I immediately felt the difference once I was done! I really felt lighter and had so much energy. I mean it’s crazy the instant difference in my body. I will definitely be going back! Consistency is the key

This was my first time getting a colonic cleanse. I was a little nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect. However the assistant was very informative and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

I have been coming here for a few years. The first time I came I was so nervous but felt like I really needed itAND BOY WAS I RIGHT. The owner is so very nice and makes sure that you are comfortable and understand the process. I just had one today and as soon as I got off the table I could feel the differ. Will be doing another very soon.

The first time I tried it I was referred by my mother and I was a bit nervous but after going a few times it is actually a really great cleansing detox. It makes me feel every time I do it that my body is getting a restart and to begin by putting healthy foods to my body. I want to be able to go as often as possible. Infinity Health and Wellness is the place to go to get a reboot on your immune system

I was a bit nervous but Cheryl was beyond great! She’s so calm and helpful. You’re never a bother to her. She explains EVERYTHING in detail. Place is very clean and you DON’T smell anything! I will definitely returning. Great location too! Thanks Infinity!!!

I was very nervous and Cheryl calmed me with conversation, explanation of the process, I love the smell of the place it's like minty (a fresh smell), very calming and soothing music. I met 2 other ladies they were very kind and helpful, it's very clean and yes I plan on going back and bringing others I'm so glad I went have been putting it off for years, I not only felt lighter(lol) but I felt at peace and I had that feeling for days after my appointment. Thank you ladies your appreciated.

I've been coming here for awhile, and most recently I had a cleanse today. The owner is always pleasant, and helpful. The place is incredibly clean, your cleanse is held in a private relaxing room, candles, soothing music and deem lighting . I always have an enjoyable experience there.

The place is very very clean however I did NOT enjoy my last visit to infinity health and wellness. I've been here more than once before and on my last visit I brought a friend along. From the door we were stereotyped by our looks. We did not get a warm greeting, introduction etc and we came in contact with the owner first and foremost! I asked the owner three times if she could explain the hydro colonic to my friend however she was solely concerned about if we were going to get the colonic because if we weren't she was going to give our slots awayhow ignorant was that! Not willing to explain a procedure to a fresh customer. That should have been the first thing to do with a new client! I wanted to leave right away however I really wanted to try the ionic foot detox and I wanted my friend to experience it with me. Little did we know that we were going to be left alone with no one to check on us, the owner had an attitude when asked a few questions that should have not even had to be asked because she should have explained everything to us. Everything was rushed and we basically were left to figure out what was going on with a measly chart! They didn't even have the decency to come get us at the end of the ionic foot detox. Even upon paying the older lady couldn't even answer a question, never looked at our water or anything she was no help at all. It was just here do the detox pay and leave and if you have any questions or concerns you need to talk to the owner but she's not here right now and I'm not calling her either so you SOL" The thing that bothered me the most is that your a small black business and your business Etiquette is horrible towards young black women such as my friend and I. I love to support black businesses that's why we came but it's sad to say I wish I never would have stepped foot in that place and took my money else where even if it would've not been appreciated however the customer service would have been 1000% better. I will never ever go back and I will never ever refer anyone to infinity health and wellnessin the end the owner returned our money after we had to act like the stereotypical angry black woman! Hopefully anyone after us will have a better experience then we didTo Your Health Consultants LLC will be my next stop!!

I was very pleased with my first visit. The facility was clean and pleasing to the eye. The staff made me feel very comfortable by explaining what I should expect, as it was my first colonic. I will be returning with my friends.

The facility is very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a former client that has recently changed my views and ways of health. So I figured, the only solution to reach my goals was come back and recommit with the people who know how to help me achieve them. I love this place!!!
