These guys really know customer service. I took my Honda in to have some repair work done because of a recall and they fixed it in a very timely fashion. They have a free shuttle to take you back and forth while your repairs are being done so you don't have to wait there all day. They keep you up-to-date and informed on the progress of your vehicle. Really nice to do business with in the service department.

I should have known that a salesperson will say ANYTHING to get a sale. The "complete detail" of the vehicle turned out to be "zero detail" on the gently used vehicle we purchased. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we needed the vehicle worse than we needed more headaches from Indy Honda. Won't be a repeat customer, and will make sure everyone in our world knows of the dishonest sales tactic.

I don't know of anyone who is not apprehensive about taking their car to a dealership for repairs.. I'm always afraid of the inevitable upcharge. I can say they told me upfront what it would cost and they kept their word. To the penny They earned a loyal customer Thank you Indy Honda.

I had recently visited another dealership where I was leary of the finance guy. I had decided to call Indy Honda just to ask questions. After speaking with Clay Fulton I was convinced to come in and see what options he might find for me. He quickly set me up with a sales person. Upon submitting my information, Clay gave me two options which were both cheaper than the other dealership. It was clear the other dealership had not been honest and tacked on items I had declined or had added a point to the interest rate. Clay was very patient, honest and answered all my questions. I would recommend Clay Fulton for financing without hesitation!

I also worked with Bob Pavia in sales. I knew what price I needed and they met my price. I knew he wasn’t making any money on the deal but he was quick to help me however he could. I think the most impressive thing about Bob was how he made the transition from my old vehicle to my new CRV Touring. He set up the walk away key lock, stations in my Sirius radio, auto wipers and garage door opener to name a few. Everything worked perfectly and what could have been a stressful day was fairly painless. I would recommend Bob Pavia in sales without hesitation! He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy even after the sale is done.

We are from Texas and had warning lights come on our vehicle. Found this location via our car map. What a fortunate find for us. Marshall Wilson diagnosed our problem and promptly had it fixed temporarily until we could get back home as the permanent fix takes several days. He provided us with all the necessary paperwork and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Fabulous service.

Had a great experience. Went in for new tire and oil change. Had to wait for tire from across town. Not only did they keep me informed but because I had to wait they gave me everything for free no charge. Close to $200.00 in parts and labor for free just because I had to a wait 2 hours. You will not find this kind of service any where else. Great service.

I've been taking cars here for years and have always dealt with the same service rep, Bart Beach, whom is now the service manager. Honestly, I've never had anything but a top rated experience. Pricing is fair, they do their best to stick to appointments, staff is friendly, everything is explained thoroughly and I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done for me. I've been taking cars to Bart for at least 6 years and it's always been a great experience!

Our experience at Indy Honda was great. My husband spoke with Jeremy on the phone. He told him what we were looking for and scheduled an appointment for two days later.
Chris Belt was our salesman. He had the car out front ready to drive.
I was turning in a lease, they took care of that, and the paperwork for the new vehicle much faster than expected. Jason was our finance guy - when we went in to sign papers, everything was ready to go.
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Indy Honda.

Very positive experience. We live in Kentucky, but drove to Indy Honda to purchase our second Honda Pilot. All paperwork was handled very efficiently and quickly. The price we paid was very competitive to other places we had looked before purchasing. This experience was painless!

Justin was a great help in helping me find my dream car! I'm super picky and he found the one I really wanted - it had to be white, it had to have all black interior, it HAD to have the sporty 18" black wheels. He searched and found the exact one for me and went and picked it up for me! Before all that he explained the differences and benefits in the 2 models I was deciding between. He got me a good discount, too! He's very nice and easy to communicate with - even texted when my car was there and filled it with gas. This is my first new car purchase and Justin helped me every step of the way. When my husband is ready to buy new next year he will also be seeing Justin to find him his new car! I'm loving my new Honda Civic Sport so much! Getting so many compliments and lots of admirers on the road! :) Thanks so much Honda Greenwood and Justin for making this mama super happy!!

Great Service and good prices. I highly recommend coming here if you are a Honda fan. I had an excellent salesman name Kyle Dygert who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was relatively quick for a dealership and I walked out with my new car that very night. If you are considering getting a car go to Indy Honda and ask for Kyle!
