Mark Martinez of Indy Auto Finance was WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL!!! I had been approved at other dealerships who didn't seem to value my time or know what I was looking for. They were trying to sell me a car that worked for them, not for me (read: on the higher end of my budget & a car that gave me a "meh" feeling.) I recently had the most wonderful experience while purchasing a car with Mark at Indy Auto Finance. Not only did he make sure that I drove away in the car of my dreams but he fought to make sure it happened.. I mean HE Absolutely Fought to make sure it happened. There were people that I dealt with on my job everyday that did not want to see me better myself or my situation and tried to do things to keep this from happening. Mark would not let me give up on myself or where I want to be in life. Not only does he take into consideration what kind of person u are but he is the advocate for the hard working person who deserves nice things around them, cause that's what we work so hard for. I have never been so humanized and respected by a car dealer that's how I know this man was God sent. His expertise mixed with all the compassion that he has to help people makes him the best car salesman in Carmel, no forget Carmel..hell INDIANA baby. Mark is an EXCEPTIONAL person!! Didn't make me feel as if he was just trying to put me in any vehicle, diligently worked with me through my car buying process to get me in an affordable vehicle that was not only well-maintained but also warrantied. Would refer him to any and EVERYONE!!

**UPDATE: Jeep I purchased from them had engine issues within 1st week. They decided to buy-back that truck and put me in a different shxtty truckwhich later turned out to have transmission issues. I thought I was fine since I purchased a warranty, but no!! And Steve nor Mark were very helpful, although I was ASSURED they'd do whatever to assist. Mark turned out to be very rude and I am so sorry I ever did any business w/them. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT REFER CARMEL MOTORS NOR INDY AUTO FINANCE TO ANYONE I CARE FOR!! They'll just take your money

I would have never in a million years think that I could own my dream car! Mark Martinez showed up and showed out! This process was not stressful at all . The workers are all very helpful and polite. After reading reviews for Martinez I decided to call and see if he could give me a better deal on a car before I signed my reaffirmation agreement to keep my current vehicle during my bankruptcy. He was able to provide a lower interest rate and payment and lower mileage vehicle. I am very satisfied with his service and this experience.
