  Owen took a call from me on Saturday morning for a second opinion on a potential mold issue I have, knowing that I had already ordered an inspection from another company. He was helpful and gave me his honest opinion without trying to upsell (which i really appreciate it).

  I've used Indoor Mold Specialist numerous times for clients looking to purchase. They were very responsive, efficient, and the lab reports were always quite thorough. Oren was always available to answer questions following receiving the report as well.

  My mom had moved to a new apartment in Far Rockaway near the beach. We expected moisture but after two months I was convinced her apartment had mold. I'm highly allergic and could never breathe well when visiting. One night after a huge storm we came back to her apartment to find white patches on damp areas of the carpet. My mom, who is not allergic, started gasping for air and we wore masks trying to clean it up as best we could. I felt it was too dangerous for her to stay there without having an evaluation. Owen replied quickly via text for all the information and was there the next day. He did a very thorough inspection, informing my mom of different parts of the apartment to keep an eye on, especially the door frame leading out to the patio and a ceiling crack. In under two days we had a full report and no surprise, mold was all under the rug and in the walls. Using this report we were able to break the lease and get her out of there ASAP. Thank you very much to Owen for coming by so quickly and taking time to really check all the areas. It was a huge health concern and now we have peace of mind.

  Oren answers the calls. He's so informative and he's really amazing. We had mold test done with 2 different companies and we wanted a third party opinion on the test. He stayed on the phone with us for more than 30 min thoroughly going over everything g and what we should be concerned about. Thank you so much for being so informative, kind, and mostly supportive during this time!

  Indoor Mold Specialist was amazing in helping assist with a mold issue. Owen came out and was extremely thorough and took care of the problem right away. He went above and beyond, staying in touch and making sure we were satisfied with the work and in understanding any questions we had.
