Cars all suck! They send out the goodwill cars first and by the time everyone has bought or seen enough then the "ok" cars come out. I got one of the last cars and it was an '07 with a green light which guarantees good tranny & good engine. My transmission is slipping and it is leaking in 7+ spots. I haven't even had it a full 2 days yet. I can't complain enough anout this auction...save your money!

I was very disappointed after I left the auction. I couldn't understand the auctioneer and I've been to a lot of auctions then to top it off they started a second guy shouting out bids and I couldn't understand the one I was trying to listen to because the other guy was even louder I could have bought several cars but couldn't hear or understand till the bid was over it will never be attending this auction again I'll stick to the other spots not to mention the fees are ridiculous anyway

In the middle of our transaction the lady behind the counter just walked away and didn't come back for 15 minutes. Nobody would tell us what was going on nor help us. Terrible Customer Service!!!

Very reasonable prices to sell your car thru this place only $25 to run the car thru twice not bad only negative was once the "goodwill" cars ran thru and the auction cars start to come in and then everyone leaves so they don't stay i didn't even get a offer at all on a 2012 with 60k miles not on offer due to this place running the cheap cheap are first if they would change this I'll probably come back

I was a first time seller there and they did not explain there policy to me about collecting payment and then to add to it the owner was very rude to me along as I explained to them I drove in from a distance to pick up my check and that could of been prevented if his staff would have explained there policy to me. Then when I finally was able to get my check a few weeks later it was not signed and there was no signer there and they were trying to make me wait to get it signed. So the girl behind the desk just scribbled a signature on to the check.
