Been living here almost a year and I don’t have any complaints about the Addison.
Staff has always helped me out and the maintenance is a hell of a lot better than other places I’ve lived.

As for the bugs. Well I haven’t seen any in my apartment however bugs are normally associated with cleanliness and even if your place is clean it doesn’t mean that your neighbors are unfortunately.

Honestly for the location and the price it’s a win win. The apartments are updated and have fireplaces which is really nice in the winter.

I have lived here for 3 months now, worst mistake ever. The apartments look nice on the outside but they are poorly built foundation wise. Do not believe them when they tell you on the tour that the apartments are renovated every two years, it is completely obvious that they are not. There are only two people on the maintenance team and the quality of their work is absolutely terrible and that is actually when they do not forget to complete your work order. Due to so many trees, there are a lot of bugs mostly spiders and cock roaches. You will need to get your apartment sprayed weekly. The property is poorly managed and corporate never responds to emails. Do not move here, there are a ton of apartments in the area that are 100% better! I am strongly considering breaking my lease.

The office staff is pretty terrible, except for Lindsay. The move in experience was a complete mess and they made us wait to move in because they had not finished getting the apartment ready on time. When we got there the old washer and dryer from the previous tenants were still there, the kitchen had not been painted, the bathroom cabinet was broken and they gave me the wrong keys. We spent the next month putting in work orders. I have lived in 5 apartments and this is the worst I have experienced. The ceilings and walls are thinner than usual too so you can hear everything. Don't do it!

The location of The Addison is great ! Roaches the size of your finger! the heaps of ants and spiders not so great! weekly pest controls comes that you have to pay for but it's not effective. I loved this place when it was the Hamptons the manager Vanessa Page was the best by far! I've literally seen over 25 new staff from maintenance to office staff in a very short period of time every couple of months you will see entire new staff ! Currant staff Lindsay is your go to she is amazing and very personable, caring! Maintenance is very slow it took over a year for certain issues to be addressed prepare for lots of bugs ,roaches,ants also to get new light bulbs for your entire unit every few weeks .out of order appliances,constant broken closets,doors,cabinets,water damage ,electical issues and broken promises over and over again in hopes to rectify the situation .Location is great I've not seen people stay here over 6 months to 1 year most move fairly quickly.

Be careful as you will get false information. You will be told one thing by one leasing agent and something different by another agent. Then even though you have proof of sad false information no one is willing to make it right. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Very nice apartments and helpful staff. Everything works and the renovated unit is beautiful. I would be 100% happy but the ceiling is extremelyyyy thin. My upstairs neighbor stomps around and even runs and jumps (maybe exercising) at all hours of the night. Then they're up up early in the morning back at it with the excessive activity. I cannot sleep well in my new apartment because of it, but I'm not sure if there's any solution to this. It's terribly frustrating. I just want peace and good sleep. Other than that I am pleased.

Nice community, comfortable, only had one problem with bathroom sink and it was fixed immediately. I can't speak for the others but if you speak to the staff with respect I believe you'll get the same in return. Also I've had no bug problems whatsoever, the most I've seen was a maximum of 5 ants.

BUGS! Lots of bugs and small management crew who make promises they rarely keep unless you're on them often. Very slow maintenance as well. Beautiful spacious homes though and nice neighborhood with a variety of different people.

No shower for days because the shower knob came off. Was told sometime next week it would get fixed. It's filthy how they can call asking if we'd consider renewing a lease when they don't consider not being able to shower an emergency that takes more than 72 hours to fix. I don't recommend unless you have a great handyman and don't mind paying extra.
