I'm sorry to have to leave such a horrible review since they were very friendly in person, but they ruined my sari top days before I'm leaving for a wedding in India. They 1.) put the fabric I asked to have on the front on the back. 2.) left 2 inches of extra fabric under the armpits of the top so I could not lower my arms. 3.) the sizing on the left side was different than the right side. 4.) the neck it not a perfect round shape and is totally uneven. And 5.) they tried to rush me out of the store after my 2nd fitting saying "it was all fine", when clearly they had damaged it even more. I've had better luck with Party City halloween costumes then I've had getting my top made here. For a place who's entire purpose is to custom make and tailor sari tops, their craftsmanship is an embarrassment. I would never recommend someone to waste their money here and if you choose to, have them measure you 2x at least and to read back your order 3x to make sure they do it perfectly.

I didn't get that "I'm being followed around" feeling upon entering the store, although to be fair, I did ask for help shortly after entering. But that help was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very rude. The bengali lady near the jewelry stand of the store is exceptionally rude. We asked her for the price of a pair of earrings and the first question she asked was what is your budget. Like if we are asking you for the price then why are you asking for our budget. Answer the question we asked. How can you ask such questions? She made us feel as if we can't afford anything in the store. We are not cheap like other people of her kind are. We have self respect which her type of people definitely lack. Stupid women.

Big selection. The sales staff, while not pushy wasn't exactly honest with sizing or color recommendations. Everything was "perfect" to the sales staff even when obviously tight

Worst customer service by the Indian employess. I have never seen such bad mannered staffs. This place is nice and the products are good except the employess inside the shop. Sorry to say this.
