  I know the rudeness is normal in NY and I dont miss it at all. Got what I needed and that was why I went there. I guess I have been in the South too long for attitudes and rudeness to be acceptable

  A very positive experience from reception to initial nurse to doctor. A clear understanding of my needs and a successful solution. I'd had hearing issues for 3 months prior, assumed it was wax, got it removed even though I had not softened it prior to just showing up. No pain, 100% gain. Thank you.

  Went to Immediate Care and I was seen by Doctor Gregory Steencken. It was a very positive and professional experience. I appreciated the entire visit and the team that works so hard there.

  Have used Immediate Care West many, many times and they typically don't disappoint me. Family members and I have been there for everything from minor injuries to illnesses and they take good care of us. Generally we're taken care of quickly (last evening we didn't even get to sit in the waiting room before being called out back.) There are times when they've been packed and it's been a long wait, namely on weekends or holidays, but I expect that. Glad to have them around.

  CALLED AT 9:37 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE MACHINE SAID THEY WERE OPEN FROM 9AM- 6PM. THEN THE LADY ON THE MACHINE CONTINUED TO INFORM ME THEY WERE CLOSED. HOW DOES THAT WORK?? I'D LOVE SOMEONE TO TELL ME. HOWEVER THE LADY HAD A NICE VOICE SO I RATED THEM TWO STARS. :/

  I would definitely recommend friends and family to go there.as soon as I walked in the door I went to the desktold her my problem and also told her that I did not bring my insurance card because I can't find itwithin 1 minute she had all of my insurance informationI then had a seat..within 5 minutes i was called to the backThey were all very nice and professional. I was there no longer than 45 minutesI will definitely be going back if I need to!
