terrible place to load off, minimum 4 hours to get unloaded that also with appointment time.

This place screams efficient. If you're a truck driver get ready to take an 8 hour sleeper waiting to be loaded. If you are reading this review BEFORE going in, call your dispatch and refuse the load. Absolutely and by far the worst flatbed shipper in the entire north east.

So many stupid rules. More rules there is , the more people cause accidents. You have to take a safety test which is 20 questions but once you are inside it looks like half of it is not applicable. This time unloading was 45min but other time it was 4hrs so its a hit or miss. Biggest PITA is thelat stupid test which isnt hard but just takes tour time up (1hr with driving and walking around)

People on the phone from first phone call are extremely rude and miserable. Before I could talk to someone I had to be asked my entire name, company, date of birth, address and I was kind of waiting for them to ask me to fill out a credit check. Not worth the time or hassle.

I would give it a straight ZERO!!!!!!!! As a truck driver I drive all night all day and deal with many inconveniences over the road and the last thing I need when I arrive with a company's merchandise is a university level, Nasa inspired and Pentagon mentality Exams C'mon, really? This company deals with Metal and Aluminum NOT GOLD OR GOVERNMENT PROPERTY!!! So why in the world all the guidelines and difficult entry? I recommend all the truck drivers to prepare yourselves for the horrible check in, long wait, no portable toilet but just one and rude staff.. If I'm told I need to deliver to this place again, guess what? I'm telling my dispatch to shove it up their @$$*#!!!

Large area to park overnight, has a bluebox and a pay phone (yea I know). Just bring the disinfectant wipes if you need to sit.
