A great experience. My dealer Mike Lyon was great with assisting my needs. The process was fast and he was not pushy. They even hooked me up and took care of a broken spare tire holder for my wrangler. Not a greasy dealership by any means, will recommend.

I did many car deals between leasing and buying but the experience in this dealer has been amazing. Do not waste your time and make sure Pedro Suarez is the one doing your deal. He is kind, will treat you like a human being and more than anything he is not pushing you or making you feel uncomfortable. I have been to multiple dealerships and have experienced a wide variety of salesmen and techs. Peter has been one of the best representatives that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he show me multiple options, he explained these options thoroughly. He worked with my budget and I was out driving my new car shortly after making my decision.

I’ll definitely be back and hope that I can once again work with Peter!

Be sure to ask for him, totally honest and understanding of my situation. I couldn't of asked for a better experience all around. Today I was at Hollywood Chrysler Collision center. Great place to have any vehicle repaired at. The manager Geoff runs the collision center like a well oiled machine. Even under construction he manages to get vehicles out and satisfy every customer. Great place to get your collision work done and purchase a new or use vehicle if you need to.

Bought my son a cadillac last year, which has been excellent. He gave me the vehicle and we bought a Challenger yesterday. These guys gave us an amazing deal and went above and beyond on finance. I will see you in two years to trade in the Cadillac and get the next car. You truly make the customer not feel pressured, or like just another number.

A couple months ago I was looking to purchase my first car. I visited other dealerships and all of them treated me horribly except Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. They were kind and honest from start to finish. Micheal was a fantastic salesman, He explained everything thoroughly, and treated me like a client unlike other dealerships that saw me as a child since I'm only 23. The service was quick and easy, they helped the whole way through. The prices were all fair, a high range of cars, and all the used cars were in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to be treated well and spoken to honestly. Thank you for my new car!

I was in the market to trade in my current vehicle. I have purchased Jeep Wranglers before and knew what I was looking for. Given the care I received as a customer from Norris Kelly and the other staff, I realized maybe I didn't know what I was looking for! I say this because I looked at every Wrangler they had and drove a couple. Nothing quite seemed to fit. After conversations with Norris and spending some time with him, I think he knew what it was I was looking for. In the end, it was a Wrangler he pointed out that I ended up purchasing. The purchase process was, as we all know, lengthy; however, I have never been through this process without some frustration. It went very smooth and the thing that stands out the most was how both he and the financial officer communicated with me. I was told what to expect, what was expected of me, and after all was said and done, it went quite smoothly. Needless to say, I am the proud owner of a very nice Wrangler and if and when I want another one, I'll be going back to this dealership (and hopefully, Norris will still be there). Thanks again Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, Norris and Brandon.
