Horrendous customer service. A direct auto client hit my parked car and to pay for the damages I’ve made multiple calls to the insurance agent assigned to my claim, he has never attempted to call me back. I wrote emails and called the main number on countless occasions. One lady helped me a little bit and connected me to a different extension where I waited an hour which seems to be the norm with this place only to get another voicemail and again, no call back. It should be illegal for an insurance company to be so hard to contact and show such a lack of care. I sincerely hope they go out of business just to save others from the headache that is dealing with this insurer.

I spoke to Carlos expressing I was looking for a Quote for a Non Owners Policy and that I needed it to get my License back that were suspended. He was very Professional and Pleasant on the phone, and also had a sense of humor. He assisted me and provided me with other information as well regarding the Company and anything else I may need help with . The phone call was quick and I was a very Satisfied Customer who was discouraged from trying a new company but was very happy that I did.. because the quotes beat out the old company I was with and 2 others I searched online. Thanks again!!
