When you ask to speak to somebody about something they just put you into an endless loop of either voicemails or hold music or pushing number prompts. They don't do anything to help you. Better off having a lawyer contact them on your behalf
Can you really expect a State of Illinois employee that has any tangible assets? Most cannot add 1+1 and answer the correct sum.
The department is controlled by one of the wealthiest families in America which is an appointed position by the governor so I'm not to say too much about Chicago Illinois it seems to be corrupt in every farm and fashion but if you don't if you're not getting what you want from the insurance commissioner in that state you need to vote the governor out since he is the one that appoints that position and with the mind frame to say that you want this Governor that you put in office to start dealing with corruption and appointing officials into those positions that will do right by the people
Why are these people getting paid to let the insurance company rip us off. A inspector came to my house to inspect my property he left my hot tub cover and top off. Rain got in it which turned to Ice. Nationwide wouldn't send the pictures they took of tub and lying so they won't have to replace the hot tub. They want me to take out a claim which would go against me. This bad behavior with insurance companies its horrible and scammers. I wish there was no stars to give. Waste if tax payer money.
Substandard Government Organization, and perfect example with everything that is wring with Illinois bureaucracy. Though it took the state (one of the most expensive in the US to be licensed in) less than an hour to issue me a license IN THE WRONG NAME. It has been 3 weeks of making over 60 unanswered phone calls, including 4 voice mails, sending 7 emails that are ignored, and writing a letter through USPS to please correct their error. Now I will spend 12 hours in a car, and God knows how much in gas to drive to Springfield Illinois from out of state, praying that there is at least a human in the office that can fix their error, so that I am able to use the license I paid for.
