I used Quality towing because that's who Jensen Tire recommended to use. I needed it towed there. I got 2 courtesy calls when the driver was on the way. The driver arrived and introduced himself. Ernesto was his name. He asked a couple questions about what I did to try and start it and what was wrong. He offered to use a jump pack. Which apparently is stronger than jumper cables. It started right up! He noticed that my battery terminals where corroded and a little lose. He helped me correct the problem. I opted tp have it towed to my house instead of Jensen tire. Ernesto was an awesome guy. He saved me money. Quality Towing and Ernesto are amazing.

I needed a tow today and as we all know that is never fun. Ernesto is very very good at what he does. He went above and beyond his call of duty. His customer service was top notch. I would definitely call Quality Towing again in hopes for getting Ernesto. GREAT JOB!!!!

My car died in parking lot at Target. I walked to this facility and asked for a tow. They were readily available and asked what the problem was with the car. I told them it was dead. He asked me to ride with him to see if it was minor or just a jump. Ended up he tighted a screw and I was on my way. So grateful for his honesty and helpfulness. Very nice people and highly recommend.

I had called for a non emergent tow and they had someone out here within the hour!! Chance was outstanding! I explained to him what the problem was and he opened up my hood and fixed the problem within minutes! No tow needed! I give him 10 stars! Not only for his service, he was also so very kind and professional! Thank you again Chance and Quality Auto I will continue to use your services and highly recommend you!!
