Admission is $4 for a single occupant vehicle.
Lots of parking. Restroom on both ends. North end has a playground. 4 trails to choose from and 2 springs in the north end. North end also has a playground. Both areas have picnic areas and pavilions with BBQ stations.
Shower station is located by the restroom behind the store in the south end. There is apparently one in north end as well but I couldn’t find it. Outdoor shower.
Beautiful.
Trails are short (under 4 miles).
Leashed pets are allowed everywhere but by the springs.
Water is amazing. Bit colder in the blue springs.
Mosquitos abound come sundown!
Grew up in this state park. Will forever hold a place in my heart. Beautiful springs. Great for picnics and grilling. Bring bug spray though😋
If your coming to Florida for theme parks and haven't been here change your plans now and come here first.
This is an amazing and affordable experience that the entire family will enjoy. Some new renovations have made it even better. Notably tube rentals on site, general store, and updated concessions slightly above theme park quality casual quick service.
Come early on the weekend or holiday or risk being turned away because they get to capacity quick.
And please don't litter.

A beautiful place to see! Would have loved to go swimming or tubing but didn't have the time. The springs were still beautiful just to look and and read about. Keep in mind that the park closes at sundown.
It really a relaxing places to go just to float down the spring. Be careful, though, because the current is strong. Oh And get ready for a bit of a shock as the water isn't exactly warm.
They really need to create a more efficient system for the North entrance than dropping off your passengers and them waiting an hour for you to get back via the tram but that said, Ichetucknee is one of the most special places in Florida we get to enjoy. The water is prefect and every sight is stunning. Highly recommend.
Had a marvelous time tubing here. River is pristine. Looks almost other-worldly. Birds, fish and wildlife abound in this crystal clear water. Passed a few feet from a young osprey eating a fish. Very helpful, friendly staff. Kudos to how beautifully protected this place is. Would highly recommend it to others. Off season was wonderfully deserted.
They really need better signage especially after all the changes they've made. But we had a great time floating down the river. Prices are reasonable - I paid $10 for my rental tube. The water is super clear, a little chilly but refreshing. It's clean. Bring bug spray and lots of sunscreen. We went on a weekday - I hear the weekends get super crowded.
Beautiful, natural springs. Go there with tubes to enjoy the hour long trip downstream (you can rent tubes close by too). There is place to park your cars and the trip back will be a short walk on a mile long trail. The canopy of trees keeps the place quite cool. The sun rays find the way between the tall trees and light up the place beautifully. It is quiet, it is clean (no garbage or plastic stuff floating around). You might get wet, depending on how adventurous you want to get, so carry a set of dry clothes. You will not get anything to eat/ drink on your trip downstream. I doubt you'll mobile signal here and also, there are no lifeguards as such, but then again, the place appeared to be safe.
This park is really great for the family. We went tubing during the Memorial day weekend so it was a little busy but still lots of fun. Memorial Day weekend is the first weekend for visitors to use the river from the north end to the midpoint so the grass was high which made it tough to see the bottom but there was plenty of beautiful nature to see. I would recommend to drop off the family at the north end to minimize the cost for using the bus tram from the south end to the north end.
A great place to tube! You can go down the river for 45 min or 2 hours from the south entrance! The staff was very nice and accommodating and there were tubes on site of all different sizes. The springs are nice and there are some fish to see and it's very relaxing!
I always love canoeing Ichetucknee Springs! It's about a 1.5-2 hour trip. This time we took the kiddos and they had a great time too. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. When we went in March we got to see a manatee! My only criticism is pickup after the float trip. One time we had to wait 45 minutes because there were people blocking the loading zone so that the van crew couldn't get through. The second time we got lucky and were able to get in the van but some people behind us couldn't fit and had to wait longer.
Love loved loved, relaxing, clean feeling after you get off your 1hr float or your 1.5hr float. We enjoyed our short time here! Definitely will return. Felt like a lost puppy during the off season not enough signs telling us wear to go😅. Wear river shoes for sure if the tram is not running. Great shade, picnic areas.
