We had a great experience at this place! We came in on a Sunday night at 5:15 (mall closes at 6pm) and the owner customized two shirts for us in 30 minutes and they were perfect! He was very friendly and accommodating. The store had all kinds of different shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. to choose from and he let us pick the exact font and image we wanted before moving forward. Definitely coming back here for any customized items we need!

Fantastic Work and Very Professional! I have used their services three times in the past 7 months. I personalized a shirt for my sister, then they embroidered my granddaughters' names on new soccer bags; and most recently embroidered the name of my school on 15 "field trip" bags. This last job involved much preparation and precise lettering, and turned out beautiful! These bags will be used for many, many years. I plan to use their services again in the near future.

These guys are great! We have a band and wanted to get some shirts made. They draw the logo for us free of charge. We ordered 5 t-shirts and received them later same day. Very happy with the quality and speedy service.

The convenience of walking in and requesting 6 shirts be made that evening and having it done is astounding! This brings an entire new market to the consumer.
I also must offer my apologies. My font was apparently difficult to capture and merge with a symbol. However, the staff at the store continued to work on my difficult request and got it done.
I'm grateful for the store. For the past two weeks, I have been working on fulfilling tasks in order to get ready for a trade show. And, after having all of the essential pieces in place, I was reminded by my wife that I did not get new shirts made. Now my wife has forgotten my over site, thanks to "I Customize".
