We had a great experience with HomeBuyers of Pgh. We chose them because of positive reviews and an excellent reputation. We were not disappointed! They handled our complicated estate situation smoothly and efficiently. Closed on time with zero out of pocket expense for us. Danielle, Ryan, and the rest of the team went above and beyond! Plus, they were a pleasure to deal with. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh!

The process was way different then they had described. They started by offering me one price and when I said I didn’t feel comfortable with it they asked what I would be comfortable with. Once I said my price he stated that he could do that with a partner and he was confident he would get the one. He stated that they would give me weekly updates. I never heard once unless I asked. It also seemed that they were not really trying to get me a partner once I found a new house to buy. There was also a point where they let someone go in to my home with out my permission. I caught her on my ring doorbell and she stated that she was told it was vacant. At one point I did ask if he didn’t get a partner could we meet in the middle. They stated that they could probably do that. In the end I had to take the lower price since I already found a new home. After I took the new price the closing process was also a nightmare. They put the wrong sales price on the closing documents and it just took until 2 days before closing for them to send anything to my new mortgage company. Overall they are nice people but I feel like they took advantage of my situation.

Our experience with this company was phenomenal! Everybody was helpful and friendly. Our closing was quick and easy. If you want to sell your house without stress, use HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh. Everything went so smoothly, so quickly and completely stress free! We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Home Buyers of Pittsburgh offered the best solution for selling my house- I needed a flexible closing date. They also took care of final clean up & any repairs or updates. Ryan Lauer & Danielle Smith were great to work with!

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with how things went working with Ryan and Danielle. I'll recommend this group to anyone selling a property in the Pittsburgh area. Everyone on the team was great. We had an issue with our previous buyer and had some time constraints to work around but HomeBuyers came through for us in a big way. This team was honest and just fantastic throughout. Everybody was very communicative the whole way through. No surprises anywhere. Took care of nearly everything for us and in only a month too.
