We just recently closed on a property with "Sell that Florida house" and we had the luxury of dealing with Stefanie Roper as the liaison with the company to help us transition the deal start to finish. Stefanie was a godsend with all the logistics and paperwork . Any time we had an issue or needed clarification , Stefanie was always just a phone call or a text away to help us . No matter how busy her day was she would always make time to call us back and discuss our concerns and would help with finding a solution to whatever problem we may have had. Stefanie was definitely the star MVP during our business together. Thank you Stefanie for helping us through our tough transition.

Josh was great. We didn't sell to Sell That Florida House. Josh stayed in touch with me during our sell, only reason we did not go with this company is received a higher offer. But I do recommend this company,Josh exhibited great professionalism.

I wanted to share my experience because I ended up with a private buyer but Josh touched base with me regularly and advised in many ways with nothing in return. Polite. Kind. Professional and always followed thru. I would highly recommend him.
