The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very nice. The Breakfast wasn't as good as it normally is at a Hyatt Place. I would stay here again when visiting King's Island as it is only one exit away.

I was so surprised at how nice the room was that I thought I might have accidentally booked a suite. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. The only thing that would have made it better is if the shower head was higher and if it was better quality.

Quiet place to stay on a business trip. Nice restaurants nearby. Beyond that, if you want to see the city and surroundings you'll need to rent a car.

Location is great! We spent several days in the area. Room was nice. Would've been nice to have a microwave in room and bathroom could've been bigger but room was nice and clean. Breakfast was the best we've had! Pool was very disappointing as we wanted it for the kids after long days to relax. It was dirty, outdated and needs a major facelift. Rest of hotel was updated and nice.

Staying Thursday to Sunday. Clean hotel and nice room layout (king bed with sleeper sofa). On third floor and there were some ants in the bathroom. Bathroom has shower only, no tub. Main lobby layout is weird. Breakfast plates and cups are up high and not kid accessible. Overall pleased with stay.

We stayed on our trip to King's Island. The stay was less than we expected compared to what we paid. The toilet wouldn't flush and the staff had to fix it. I thought the complimentary breakfast was pretty good, but my husband didn't care for it.

Room was awesome! super clean, and very large with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Beds & bed linens extremely comfy. air-conditioner worked well and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or from street. Pool was older but clean and adequate for me and my family. Staff friendly and breakfast had lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here again

It's a decent hotel but not worth the extra money. Hardly any TV channel selections and room was not quite as large as it looked online. Bathroom was very small and toilet messed up first night but staff had it fixed before we got back the next day. Breakfast was not good at all. Sausage had a wierd taste to it, so did gravy. Barely any selection of drinks at the so called "bar". Will not be staying here again. Other hotels in the area we've stayed at were nicer and cheaper.

Clean hotel, kind service, but decor getting a little dated and worn out. Breakfast food quality is not great and they try to end it before the advertised end time. It's not free, of course. It's included in the room price when you buy a room there. (nothing is free, ever). Pool was nice and had plenty of towels. In-room bathrooms are small. Wifi speed and reliability was slow/poor.

Friendly staff and exceptional rooms. Everything was clean and it was a pleasant stay. We stopped here on our way home from a Florida road trip. The easy check-in, comfortable room and breakfast provided us the rest we needed for the last leg of our trip. Highly recommend!
