Located in downtown Champaign. Just blocks away from food entertainment theater. The rooms were updated and modern very comfortable I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My son and I enjoyed are stay at the Hyatt in downtown Champaign, I'll. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating not to just us but others that were around us . The only thing I has to say that was a disappointment was not options in room service! Very small menu and not for family meals !!

This hotel is great. The room was big, clean, and modern. The location is right downtown, close to bars and restaurants. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

Nice place, fairly new. Room was nice and modern and was what I'd consider a step above an average hotels room. Parking is in the attached payment structure which make quick access to the rooms. Lobby was nice and had a decent continental breakfast, waffles, toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal and coffee.

Rooms are huge and walking distance to tons of dinner spots. Always prefer Hyatt Place when traveling and this is as good as any other location. Breakfast is large and many options and staff is great. Bar is a nice place to end the night and grab a drink or two before bed.

Attended a conference. Basement location was nice, but a bit cramped. A/V was adequate, but projector and sound could have been configured to fill the screen and space better. Overall nice location and facilities.

I love the location. It's right in downtown Champaign where all the best restaurants are. The staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I love their free breakfast items. The selection everyday varies. It's where I stay every time I am visiting someone in Champaign.

As always with Hyatt had an amazing night. Huge room to spread out and great breakfast. Spent 3 hours with the staff at the bar downstairs and had a nice night. Bar is open till midnight and has a nice small selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Stayed here one night. The rooms are suite style. Includes a sofa bed and 2 queen beds. The beds were quite comfortable and included at least 4 pillows per bed. There is a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was modem with good lighting and very clean. The hotel provides free breakfast which was excellent. They had eggs, bacon, home fries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, French toast and different cereal options. The hotel has a pool, fitness center and a business center. The hotel is located in an area with great restaurants, Bars, and shopping .

I stayed in a 2 bed room and the room itself was beautiful. Very clean, well furnished and lavish. The staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was also great, a definite bonus. I would highly recommend it

It's a brand new hotel so the rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, and in perfect condition. It's also in a great location, with several great restaurants and bars nearby. The included breakfast is reasonably good - my only comment would be that they start to shut it down a little earlier than the official end-time. Also, check your bill upon check-out - I had been charged for parking although I did not have a car. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helpful and refunded the parking charges.
