    Great local bar!

Not only a great bar but a great restaurant. The oysters were delicious! Grouper was so good and cooked perfectly. This is where the locals go.

Food is good and atmosphere is really nice. I think it is a little pricey for what you get by not overly so when compared to other similar places..Nice people and even an adorable kitty outside waiting to be fed any leftovers or if you eat outside the kitty will happily clean up any food you happen to drop. Several shops and a coffee house are in the same little shopping center so you can walk around after you eat. I give 3 stars for the atmosphere and service, and the kitty gets one star all on his/her own cuz it really is an adorable Lil thing:)

Exactly what you're looking for! Great seafood, outdoor seating, unique decorum, and a relaxed coastal vibe. Raw oysters are fresh and available in a variety of presentations. Scallops w/ gouda-grits were fantastic! Hurricane is a great spot for dinner or drinks with friends.

One of our favorite spots on 30A, consistently fantastic food, drinks and service. Extremely supportive local family, always friendly. Wings are some of the best I have ever had!

Shrimp and Grits were great. Great food, nice atmosphere, decent prices, not too crowded on a Sunday night. Kid friendly. Good service. Very nice dinner experience.

Fabulous! Oysters, crab cakes, trigger fish! Terrific waitress! Wish I could remember her name. Such a happy and sincere person. Very professional, as well.

It was a pleasant experience. The hostess needs improvement in people skills. We sat outside and our server Adam was awesome. We had had oysters in several places over the last few days and by far the best were here. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic oysters! The shucker was our waitress. Drinks were on point. Great draft selection, boozy mixed drinks. Will return, and recommend! Great happy hour specials. A dozen raw on happy hour is only $11. I looked all over for good raw oysters for my week at the beachi found THE spot.

TL; DR: If you like raw oysters, go here.

This is another restaurant that is a local favorite. I like everything on the menu. Every table has a bucket of peanuts for you to snack on. That is a really cool touch. They make an incredible shrimp and grits. I really like the raging Cajun pasta but it is loaded with a lot of olive oil. It is very rich. So beware if your stomach can't handle that type of thing. Otherwise go for it. If you're looking for an inexpensive dinner then go between four and six and order off the happy hour menu. It's a limited menu with prices starting at five dollars. You can't beat it. Also, bring an extra dollar bill to hang on the wall.

Laid back atmosphere with kind of a dive bar feel. Nice deck area over looking a small pond with lot of lily pads. Good variety of oysters but not much food variety on the menu other than that (burgers and some basics). However they have a fantastic beer selection. Lots of local brews and specialty. They only accept cash or check, no credit cards so make sure you're prepared for that but all in all a great place to kick back and relax and have a few cold ones.
