Food quality is up. Service is better. Still needs work. But overall a nice place to eat and enjoy a cold one!

I go to many different Hooters. This place made us feel rushed. We had our kids with us and the attention we were given was poor. The server actually attempted to take the plates while we were still working on our food. We spend time at other Hooters and enjoy the experience, we spent more time waiting in our food than we did eating at this one.

The food has really improved lately.Friendly and management makes sure you game is on the TV closes to you,try the lemon pepper wings if your not into hot.Their great.

The waitress Mariah was HORRIBLE. Order was wrong, she forgot to put in drink order and was walking around like lost puppy. While I was watching her, she looked over and laughed while putting The forgotten drink order into the computer. Really?? She had zero personality and we never saw her smile at all, at any table. The table next to us ordered ice water TWICE and finally after the third time she brought it..15 minutes later. The food was good. The $5 margaritas were good.

Server was great sat outside food was good but the shrimp wrap is so small also ive never been to a restaurant where you dont automatically get blue chesse or ranch they charge you 79 cents

Most visits are fun and a good experience. Atmosphere is overall good. Only thing that I wish that they would introduce which I've enquired about for years is a loyalty program.

Service is so slow. We wait 15m before anyone actually greets you or gives a menu. This is not the first or even 3rd time. Food is great once you final get to place order. Manager should train them to great within 5m of arrival.

The waitresses are always super nice, and although I'm vegetarian I love the giant garden salad they serve!

The food is okay for the price but where I could see issues were with the waitresses. They did not seem to thrilled to be there and the smiles almost seemed forced as to reflect their discontent. They were polite but were quick to disappear. When water was spilled by a child, two waitresses looked, then kept on going as if it did not happen. Approximately five minutes and a half roll of paper towels later, a waitress went over and asked if a towel was needed instead of offering to help with the spill. A few moments later, she found a towel and handed it to the customer. It was then I remembered why I stopped going to Hooters. To be fair, this is not just an issue with this location, but others as well. Sad to see such decline in customer service: the single most important aspect of the service industry.

I've only been there a few times. I've been to a few Hooters locations and I'll say this is a good one. Food was done right, girls were friendly and funny and the beer was cold.

Chelsea is the best bartender! She's hilarious and gives impeccable service! She should be on the cover of your calendar!!
