Stefanie was the first person I spoke to when my father passed away. She spoke to me and I felt true compassion and empathy right away. I brought my mother and immediately she too confirmed and felt at ease at this tribute location.
Funerals are very painful and planning one for a loved one was never something I imagined.
Stefanie and Veronica made us feel cared for and comfortable in an inconsolable time of our lives. I truly believe they were a God send. I appreciate them treating us with so much care and respect. I believe my father was cared in such a manner as well and that brings me such peace. It’s incredible that a place like this exists and I’m grateful they both Stefanie and Veronica chose this as a profession. My family and I are and will always be thankful that they handled my fathers ceremony and homage with such grace and importance. I loved that it showed his accomplishments and his true identity.
To both Stefanie and Veronica, thank you 🙏 again for providing us with the support and guidance we needed. Thank you because you made this process less painful and easier to grasp. -erica

Just want to say that I'm very impressed of the service that my dad had at Hughes. A loss is very hard to accept however the service that my father had Juan Manuel Rodriguez was so nice with all the pictures, the slideshow, the sections they had with all of my fathers hobbies and things he enjoyed the most. I'm so happy that my father had a beautiful memorable service. Thanks to Stephanie and her staff for such a beautiful service :)

Hughes is the greatest place for a celebration of life. I have used them twice this year and can not imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is so caring and kind. Kate was amazing working with us a family and creating the greatest send offs we could have ever dreamed of. Thank you so much!

After my daughter passed away unexpectedly we were referred to Stephanie with Hughes Family Tribute Center. Our experience was great. They handle everything with care and make sure to take as much load off from the grieving family. We will continue us them, God willing.

My husband passed on September 1st 2021. It was so hard to get the courage to even be around the planning of his funeral because I couldn't handle doing anything on my own. My sister in law would call name businesses and all they cared about was telling us the prices and what day we needed to get things done. Not Hughes family tribute center. We walked into there building and Stephanie treated us so well, she showed us everything from the crematory to where the service took place. They even showed us their dedication tables that they put up that show what our loved one was interested in when alive. If that wasn't enough she sat with my husband's family and I for about 2 hours just talking about him and writing down everything he loved and all the beautiful things we loved about him so she could make his dedication table's special just for him. She asked how everything happened and when it happened and where the body was so that she had a good idea of the situation. She showed us so much care and love and didn't make us feel like money was important to her at all. She actually cared about us to be able to grieve my husband and I am so grateful for this family owned business for taking good care of my husband and the funeral for us. Finally thank you for the beautiful blanket of memories you made of my husband, and the beautiful posters and books. We didn't expect to have these given to us at the end of the funeral and that itself tells you that the Hughes family know how to actually treat people in this kind of "business". Thank you Hughes Family from everyone in the Vasquez Family and for making this process so much more easier for me especially while pregnant.
