I met with our funeral director Melissa Detweiler the day after my wife passed away. This was the first time that I had any part of planning a service in a funeral home, I brought my sister for emotional support. Melissa was very friendly and open to all the suggestions I was making as well as injected a few suggestions of her own. The general structure of the service was to be a general celebration of her life. Explanations of all the details were made in a clear, concise manner. After our initial meeting, I had some additional requests in the coming weeks, I was able to email Melissa and she promptly responded with answers which was always yes. They allowed us to set up the day before (a HUGE convenience). The day of the celebration I walked in and was in total awe of the job they had done, the slide shows they assembled were perfect and the music I selected was playing. Everyone who attended was very impressed. I would not hesitate to use Naugle and Melissa again.

Everything at Naugle Funeral home was spectacular. From the moment I walked in I felt extremely comfortable in this extremely difficult time. Melissa was my funeral director and I can't say enough about her. She was wonderful in every sense of the word. Melissa was very attentive, understanding and has become a friend. She literally held my hand through the whole process and still continues to help to this day. The viewing for my father was beyond any expectation. It was a beautiful celebration of life and it was all thanks to Melissa and the rest of the staff at naugle. My heart will be forever grateful for the wonderful service my family and I received. It made one of the hardest times in my life a little bit better, thanks mostly to Melissa. Thank you all so much!

After the passing of my father, my brother and I had the pleasure (as much pleasure that can be had) of working with Melissa and her team. I can't express what an amazing job they all did for the setup of the viewing. She requested pictures for a surprise, and what a surprise it was. A beautiful slide show was done, along with a "memory " blanket for the 41 years my parents had been married.
Unfortunately, given the state surrounding my father's death, and it being an open casket, we were warned of the coloring of my father would be a little off. They did the best they could with the make-up.
I highly recommend working with Melissa. She has a great personality for this type of work and they are so creative in everything they put together. I can't express how grateful I am that we were able to work with her during this difficult time. On top of the fact the extra mile she went in contacting all involved with the services.

We could not have had a better experience during the saddest time. The funeral director Anthony was beyond wonderful. He was respectful, kind and professional while still being warm with an easy presence. My Father who passed would have truly liked Anthony and the classiness of the Naugle staff and facility. We were so appreciative to have had the opportunity to work with Melissa as our coordinator in planning all services for my father. She was attentive, friendly, empathetic, and her passion to help others during difficult times shined through. Thank you for making my dad's celebration of life so beautiful.
