Staff was friendly and accomodating. The bathrooms were some of the best I've seen at a campground. My suggestion for improvement would be better tent camping options with a larger camping area. Our site had an extension cord for power and was located next to the pump house. Id suggest this site, #71 be protected from the pump house by the installation of a privacy style fence if its continued to be rented out. I would otherwise give KOA Natural Bridge a solid 5. We will be back.

Nice campground. Looks like they are working on improving it. The bath house needs work. The bathroom stalls are to small; not enough room between toilet and door. Lots for kids to do, but they have forgotten about the adults. Adult bingo would have been a nice addition.

We had any amazing weekend. The staff was awesome and had activities for kids all day Saturday (in October). The campsites were well maintained with options for all camping types. Right around the corner from the Virginia Safari Zoo and down the road from the Natural Bridge. A great weekend outside with family and friends. We will definitely be visiting again.

A nice campground with plenty of shady spots. We stayed for Labor Day weekend and there were activities for the kids and live music at night. Bathrooms were always clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A good playground for the kids and a nice fenced in dog park for the pets.

Amazing views of the natural. bridge pool is very clean we had no problem with bugs the showers are clean water pressure is perfect no one was to loud. while I was in the pool people were very nice and friendly. A very small problem with employees driving around for an unknown reason at night but we steeped well and had an amazing stay at this campsite. I would like it better if there was room for two tents on a campground. I would definitely recommend this campground.

We have been to this KOA several times, and have always had positive experiences. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The owners seem to improve the facilities and add amenities every time we visit.

The park had plenty of treed sites for both RV and tents. The bathrooms appeared to be new with many of the sites having recently been leveled and covered with stone. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A ton of nearby activities including hiking, caving, breweries, and wineries. I would definitely recommend. Easy 1 minute drive off I-81.

We attempted to tent camp but the surroundings were less than the wilderness portrayed in the pictures-the area is under construction (bulldozers and bare, cleared land) and the tent pads are gravel (?!). The game room was closed-with a padlock as if it had been closed for some time. The staff made no attempt to empathize or offer a reduction..would have been happier if they had just been honest.

Very friendly and helpful, this campground was great. Clean restrooms and showers, nice forested area with trails, and great location. The Virginia Safari Park is located right next door.

Clean is an understatement. This place is like new. Bathrooms are the nicest I've ever seen at a campground (I've been to many), the cabin is gorgeous and the staff is fantastic. Family friendly and a lot of fun.
