Extremely quaint dining. Interesting menu with unexpectedly excellent oysters. They were better than what we have received at some coastal restaurants.

We always plan our drive to Florida to stop in Roanoke. The food here is terrific. American food with many nightly specials. Desserts are scrumptious. Prices reasonable. Recently had a pork chop special that was delicious!

Service was great. My rice wasn't quite done and Heather went out of her way to offer an alternative. Owner also made a point to speak on the issue. All round wonderful menu options local, nice ambience, and sort of hidden outside the bustle of town and highways

I've tried something new every time I've been to Hollywood's, but I have never been disappointed. There's fresh soups, new entrees available on every visit, and the waiting staff has always been on top of their game despite the (typically) large quantity of customers that sneak in around lunchtime. Even the owner will make the rounds and offer you a quick handshake as he asks you about your meal. One of the best types of small restaurants; one that genuinely cares about their customers. Oh, and dessert is a must if you're staying for dinner. Or lunch, for that matter. No judgement here.

Now if only we could get them to do something about that terrible parking situation outside, we'd be set

We always have a great meal. Fried oysters for me tonight and Beth had cranberry salmon that she raved about. Bobbie took great care of us. And it benefits (tonight) the League of Animal Protection in Botetourt County.

Very casual place. Wine selection left something to be desired. The entree however, was great. It made the trip worthwhile. I had the shrimp and grits.

This is an excellent dinner stop for locals and travelers alike. It is just a few minutes from I-81. Parking is adequate with overflow available for the dinner crowd. Handicap accessible parking spots and entrance exist. There are vegetarian options with more for the carnivores. Food is exceptional and dessert options are good. Seating is a bit cramped sometimes, but you'll be fine. This is a regular stop for me. Don't forget to check out the visitor map!

Had a great experience here! Staff is fast and friendly. They also serve craft beer and have a great wine selection. We ordered coco loco chicken tenders with Cole slaw and the Rt. 11 burger with sweet potatoes fries, an both were cooked to perfection. It is within walking distance of beautiful Hollins College and is a must for travelers. I will definitely be back.

The place doesn't look that great on the outside but when you walk in the staff is very nice and the food is fantastic! They don't serve anything bad there! Did I mention the deserts are wonderful!

Pimento cheeseburger was delicious and the service was excellent. The server was friendly and kept our drinks filled, which is really all you can ask for. Were also asked by multiple employees how everything was going and if we needed anything. Certainly a place I recommend stopping by if the opportunity presents itself.

Great meal and very good, friendly service. I had fried green tomatoes for an appetizer. They were good. I had the Cajun meatloaf with green beans. It was delicious! The pecan bar for dessert is fantastic!

Hollywood Restaurant & BAKERY: Soup was mediocre at best. Salad was quite inadequate and dressings were very low quality. Their famous bakery only allowed one roll per person. Asking for another dinner roll, was told they were out. WAY OVERRATED and WAY OVER PRICED. Will never go back or recommend! 2-bowls of mediocre soup, one small house salad, only water to drink: $16.29!!

Locally owned where they embrace the traveling guest. Great food, adult beverage and the desserts are made in house. The atmosphere is cozy where the staff makes the positive difference. It's a must dine location at a reasonable price!

My favorites. Salmon Salad and the Catfish Matrimony
