Horrible stay. I was literally standing at the front desk for 30 mins before anyone even came to the desk for me to check in. Room was disgusting, smelled like a gang of prostitutes had been there. The refrigerator in there was so very nasty. And I also couldn't even get a decent wash clothes,all they had we're hand towels. I wouldn't recommend this place wven to a homeless person

Horrible doesn't describe it! My daughter had bites all over her. Several people I met in the breakfast area (HORRIBLE !!) said they as I, did not get the room booked. Not clean. Sink Leaked. Bathtub clogged. AC no cold. Microwave was broken in the room. The new owner is scary and aggressive! He DEMANDED and got in my face to say good morning back to him when he spoke to me. I complained and they said they had no rooms and there was only ten cars on the whole property!! My daughter had bites all over her! The breakfast area was awful. The cereal knobs were broke. When a lady asked for more orange juice for her kids they took the jug filled it halfway and brought it back out! There was no fruit. I asked for yogurt because there was none and she brought ONE cup out and there were several of us there. The maids were sweet. Carpet in the room was nasty. Absolutely Getto!! DISGUSTING PLACE!!! SCARY OWNER!!

The room given to me was a smoking room even though my reservation (made a month in advance) clearly stated otherwise. The portable sign said "non smoking room" which was clearly not true by the smell and holes burned into the bed sheets. I went back to the front desk to change my room and the lady (I think she may have been the owner) said "oh yeah, that's a smoking room". She then gave us a different room. The bathroom in the second room was absolutely disgusting. The walls were full of, what seemed like, hair. The tub was painted so the paint was chipping off. The paint on the door and walls were dispicable. We had to ask them to bring more clean towels, a bathmat, and toilet paper because not once during the three days that we stayed did they do housekeeping. To top it off, I don't think they actually washed the sheets in between customers because I found quite a few strand of hair on my sheets. The "continental" breakfast was a joke. I regret staying at the Howard Johnson and will make sure others are aware not to book here either.

No bath towels, stained shower/bath tub, had to request light bulbs for lamps, cleaning staff complained about their job to guest.

The TV remote didn't work, no towels in the room, AC didn't cool down room, and no smoke detector in the room (which I thought was illegal)

ZERO STARS!!! Front desk clerk was very umprofessional. Our room key cards didn't work so we went to get the issue solved and she was speaking to another guest telling her she had given a key for her room to someone else without her knowledge and the lady was very upset and was there to get another key for herself. Then the desk clerk gave us new keys for our room and when we entered the light didn't work, the sheets were stained(not washed), the floor had not been vacuumed, the bathroom was filthy and the room had a gross odor. I went back to the office to explain the situation with the room to the front desk clerk and told her I cannot stay in a room in that condition. All she replied was that I will still be charged for the night even if I didn't choose to stay there. She told me to contact the website company that I had booked the reservation through in order to avoid any further charges or fees. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All she was concerned about was me paying for a disgusting room that I would not be staying in. So we left.

Well, there were like over 30 empty rooms upon checking in and we had to get assigned one of the worst if not the worst. The refrigerator did not work, the wifi didn't work, assistance was horrible, couldn't even get a discount or be assigned another room at least, and the AC barely worked. Would not recommend, this place must be in a budget.

If only I had heeded to the warnings. But with Last minute booking ,great price using my rewards points, +website photos.. I WAS SOLD.. 1st PARKING.. HAZARDOUS. (unless you have steel toe boots.. (No elevator) front desk clerk SENT me to 3 different USED rooms.. with 2 sets of non working keys before she actually set us up.. a.c wouldn't cool past 78.. (did I mention no elevator) The (dead) cockroach by the tub turned zombie and started walking to me.. Smoke detector? "MISSING" THE POOL looks like the CRACKHEAD RESIDENTS bathe with soap in it Wi-fi was down.. I asked for 1 of the nicer rooms I saw in the window.. Even Offered to pay more.. "DISPLAY ONLY" she says. I asked for a manager #.. She gave me the hotel number.. then answered the phone..SMH.. 45 minutes to get checked in..non cancellation or refundable.. This place is very deceptive and dilapidated. . The microwave SITS on the fridge so forget about cold anything.. I KNOW A TRAP SPOT WHEN I SEE 1..

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Aside from the friendly receptionist, everything was bad. To start, our room keys didn't work in the door. Thankfully the receptionist was walking by at that moment, she let us in the room and brought us new keys. We stayed in a poolside room on the first floor with a queen sized bed. The room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The sheets covering the duvet were ripped and the room just seemed dirty in general. The room was also missing it's smoke detector. When I turned on the faucet the first time, brown water came out of the tap for a second. The ice that I got from the ice machine had a couple of bugs and some unidentifiable black stuff in it. The wifi was off while we were there, and the pool was closed - not that I would have swimmed in it. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because of how nice the receptionist was.

The rooms stink and are very dirty. I think the only thing they actually clean are the sheets. I HOPE! Half the lights in the room didn't work. The refrigerator and microwave were both dirty. The toilet didn't seem very clean. There was only one towel in the whole room.
