Out of all the Harley dealerships they have the friendliest retail staff, but you can get better prices on motorcycle services at other dealerships.

I recently purchased a 2015 1200T Super Low. Overall I'm very happy with the transaction. Bike was delivered to New Jersey by John from HaulBikes professionally on time and without a hitch! I dealt with Tony Rios from day 1 and I'll have to say he did an excellent job! It was an honest and smooth buying experienceThanks a million!

We should have put this review in sooner so anyone looking for a new Harley Davidson would be able to enjoy the same amazing experience we did. Dave and I went to all the local Milwaukee dealerships talking to various sales people about the purchase of our new 2017 Ultra limited. We even started talking to dealers through the internet. That's when we finally connected with Tony Rios. We can not say enough positive things about the purchase of our new bike because of Tony's hard work and determination to make his customers feel number one.From the price to his investment in delivering the bike this is the guy you want to work with. Everything we asked for he made happen and we were not easy customers owning several bikes before this one. Tony knows this product and understands the buyers investment. Hats off to a terrific salesman and all around great guy. House you got yourself a great team player.

I bought a new helmet from you recently. I had an accident on July 22 this year and destroyed my old helmet. I tried to match my old one with what you sell. I found one that looked real close to my old helmet. It was 5 years old so nothing stays the same. I ordered the same size as my old helmet. I just got my new helmet yesterday from you guys. I was very pleased with the helmet I got! Almost exactly the same as the old helmet that saved my life! Some cosmetic differences but not much. I put it on and I felt like I was home again! It fit better than my old helmet! I just love it! Thank you!
As soon as I heal up from my crash I'm going to test drive it! It feels really comfortable and I can hardly wait for my first ride with this new helmet!
About my crash. Someone in oncoming traffic thought he could get into his driveway before I got to his driveway! Slight miscalculation, dumbass! Caused my Sportster to explode on impact! Lucky I had a good helmet on! I just wanted to let other customers know these modular helmet you sell are VERY safe and they WILL save your life in a firey grinding crash!response / report this review -

Hello,
I went Harley shopping with my husband at House of Harley Greenfield last Saturday to look at purchasing a Harley. I was greeted by Dave Ratz who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available bikes there. I must say that this was my best Harley shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. My husband and I visited this store looking for a bike, Dave Ratz was our salesman and went above and beyond to help us find our dream bike. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be purchasing our future bike from Dave at House of Harley in Greenfield.

I took the learn to ride class at HOH. Loved the atmosphere and no pressure sales team. The instructor was amazing and very knowledgeable. The clothing gear area had awesome clerks that helped me pick a jacket.

Just want thank the HOH for a great purchasing experience. The sales staff, finance department and owners are the best. I just want to give a big stout out to Tony and Jeff in sales. Thanks for coming at great price and a no hassle deal. Also thank to the owners Craig and Jeff for hiring the right people with the right attitude. Making sure that the customers needs are met. If your looking for the true Harley Davidson family experience HOH will deliver it.

My husband and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at the House of Harley in merchandise and service over the years until last November when they badly damaged the paint on our bike, then called my husband a liar, ordered him out of the store and told not to return regardless of how much money we spend there. He emailed and called the management and owners, but was ignored until this week when someone noticed the negative review he wrote on their Facebook page, which he wrote when the incident occurred. All of a sudden, the owner wanted to meet with him, under the guise of restoration to repair the customer-provider relationship. When he arrived he was showen to a room where the service manager who had catalyzed the entire ugly situation was waiting. As my husband began to communicate with the owner, he was interrupted by this fellow saying, "That's not true!" and, "I never said that!" My husband felt this was antagonizing, unprofessional, and unecesarry since they had since November to get their employee's side of the story. He had to ask for them to be separated and was incredibly upset that they had invited him there to effectively recreate the incident that upset him in the first place. As the meeting progressed, they did nothing to try to restore us to whole, but they seemed much more interested in when he would remove the negative review. They also could not produce any documentation of preexisting damage, as my husband asked them to; because there was none. They DID however try to talk him into a loan to purchase a new bike from them, yet when my husband said we've already struck a deal with another dealership, they slandered that dealership by stating we shouldn't buy from them because all they do is wash their bikes and put them for sale without checking them out. It was a classless scare tactic and had a very "used car salesman" feel to it. This location has deteriorated so much since the new owners took over. My entire wardrobe comes from there; my kids will miss Miss Jenny, Diane and the other ladies up front tremendously, but they damaged a very expensive possession of ours that he puts a lot of time and money into to keeping pristine, then insulted my husband before trying to fast talk him into getting into debt to make them more money. Don't trust them anymore.

Recently, I placed an order online with The House of Harley. I got an email from them that an item I ordered was no longer available and if I wanted to choose another item to contact them. Today, I called and spoke with Ashley. The friendly voice on the other end of the phone was refreshing. It was nice that someone in customer service actually seemed to have cared about my issue and found a quick resolution. My overall experience was excellent. I'll be sure to stop by The House of Harley on my travels. I have many miles ahead of me and Wisconsin just so happens to be on my way.

This is by far the best dealership in Harley Davidson's arsenal. I am a local who has attended a few events and i get all of my riding gear and Harley clothes from their store. The bike selection is HUGE and the staff is always ready to greet you and ask if you need help. I took my Rider's Certificate Course there and was extremely happy with it. My one problem was being 6'6" they struggled finding a bike to use during the training, but I made due with the bike they supplied. They have everything you need and their clearance rack is worth a look. The House should be the standard for all dealerships. Reps Milwaukee well
