Took my Dodge tuck here to have the heater core replaced. The heat only comes out of the dash board now. No other vents work. They also broke pieces on my dashboard. The new line that runs from the heater core is over my gas paddle so your shoe gets caught on it. And now its summer and come to find out they removed my air conditioner to get at this part and never reinstalled that. This place is a joke!

I am working as an out of state contractor and I woke up to two slashed tires. Called these guys at 7 am. By 11 am my truck had been towed onsite and two new tires installed. The tire store was not doing deliveries until the afternoon so the owner personally drove to pick up the tires, to help me get back to work sooner. On top of this, he was extremely professional and provided an excellent price for the work.

Called two times ahead to get prices. Never got prices prior. Checked in twice online through app and it didn't work. Went in for an oil change, usually do it myself and was having other issues with my car. Told them to use my own oil and filter. My car does not take 5 quarts, they used the 5 quart bottle which was unopened and full. Didn't give the rest back to me, I know it's only a couple bucks but, its principle. Also got dignostic done to check out other problems, took about 4 hours Excuse was car had to get car warmed up. Your supposed warm your car up for an oil change so Heating oil gives it less viscosity to drain better. Got a list back with what should be done and one was brakes. Got prices for a rear brakes and rotor replacements then got prices from Farm and fleet. Farm and Fleet's is less than 1/2 the price. Inspecting the rotor yes the edge had rust and the side was a little dirty but,still smooth. Would replace rotors because of rust on edge and not because the rotor was not smooth. Guy told me it was because there was indents on rotor. Don't plan on going back to place. I would stongly recommend against going here.

Felt so unwelcoming to came in. I had to do a emission test and they failed it due to their device being faulty, then told me I needed to pay them X amount of money to figure it out why it didn't work. I went to another autoshop and passed without any problem. I am sure they do some good work, but from my experience i won't ever go to this place again.

I needed to have my exhaust system and shocks replaced. I was told it would be $1,000.00 for each. I decided to have the shocks done first. I felt pressured because I was told I needed to decide which one to be done soon so it could be done by the time I needed it. Absolutely no customer service skills and was persistent to get an answer ASAP. I went and had exhaust done at Velasquez Muffler for $500.00 1/2 the price and very friendly and knowledge a took me out to garage to explain what they needed to do. I will NEVER EVER go back to Expert Car Care Inc. Very Disgusted with service there!!!!!

We have been going to this place for several years now and STILL LOVE IT!! We were looking at buying a used car and brought three of them into Ben to get looked over. He fit us right in and always gave us straight answer. These guys at this shop, Ben, Nick and the crew are excellent. If you're looking for a mechanic definitely check Expert Car Care out!!!

I have had the best service and attitude out of this garage! Finally people who can diagnose my vehicle's problems, fix them at a reasonable price, and treat me like I understand what they are talking about! (I understand all of it!) I have told many people about them, and several have tried Expert Car Care. They were just as satisfied as I am. If you cannot do the work on your car or truck yourself, take it to Expert Car Care.
