Ordered a $2500+ Ekornes chair over six weeks ago and we're still waiting! This is the basic chair sold by House of Denmark. We've had two such chairs over the previous decade, with no trouble. Now it seems whoever runs House of Denmark in Overland Park no longer knows how to serve customers or sell chairs.

I had a horrible experience with House of Denmark. Multiple sales people told me that my Natuzzi furniture was coming from Italy. They kept saying, "Delivery takes 4-6 months on all the Natuzzi pieces because it is manufactured in Italy." After my sectional was delivered, I read the tag that said, "Made in China". The sectional also came with an unfinished wood foot. The store refuses to refund my money. They also ordered my chairs in the wrong color and had issue after issue with the leather warranty. The nightmare goes on and on. The response from management was poor. I am going back to NFM. They have had excellent customer service. When I have had a problem, they have someone out to the house to fix it within days. It has been over a month, and I have yet to get the new foot for the sectional.

Great Product and great price. They have some awesome designs and quality of product is very good. I Have bought my bed, Couch and Tea table and i am more than satisfied with their service and product. SO my priority is House of denmark. Nebraska furniture mart sucks, They delovered my bed 3 times broken and took them 6 months finally refunding my money. Just horrible place, Will never go to Nebraska furniture mart, Just some cheap $hit they sell.
