Weber Carpet is a professional company in every way. From ordering to installation, there was never a problem. Communication with customers is a priority. We could not be happier.

Our experience was not very good and we had problems from day 1. We initially ordered bamboo flooring for a kitchen floor on a slab. The material was ordered and then we got pre-install instructions which said that a moisture test needed to be done. They sent someone out to do that and we discovered that the moisture level was high so a bamboo floor would not work. Glad to have caught it before they tried to install it. We ordered vinyl plant flooring. They setup the first install date which we cancelled but the installer showed up anyway. He was totally unaware that the date had been changed. The job included floor tile that needed to come out. The installers arrived without any plastic to stop the dust, nothing to put on the carpet. We provided drop cloths for our carpet. Dust went everywhere. We spent 2 days cleaning the house. The final issue was that when we went to put the quarter round back on we discovered that a gap was left in the flooring next to the cabinets that could not be covered up by the quarter round. The installers never told us about this problem. Ultimately, after 4 weeks they have fixed that issue but not without a lot of phone calls. I think most of the issue was the sales person and he has been fired. We won't be dealing with them again. I will say that floor looks great and we are pleased with the product.

We are so pleased with the carpet and the service we received from this company. Our sales rep, George Walker, was terrific. He helped us pick the best flooring based on how we live. Our install team was courteous and very careful while moving our furniture around. They did an excellent job. We appreciated their clean up efforts as well. We carpeted our first and second floor and added a patterned carpet to our staircase. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I decided to stop into Weber Flooring after speaking to a few different carpet companies and getting bids from Lowes and others. We were immediately greeted by Brian who showed us the showroom and several options they had in stock. We found some carpet we really liked for a great price compared to what we had been looking at paying. The gentleman who came out to measure was right on time and very courteous. He even took extra measurements of some tiled areas for future plans. We decided to have our entire house done rather than just the couple rooms we originally planned for since we were so impressed. Installation was complete in only 4 hours (including tear-out). Carpet, pricing, and customer service were all great!
The only thing I would of had them do differently is continue the stair carpet to the top step and add a transition between the regular carpet rather than having the top step with different carpet. I think it looks weird having one step with different carpet than all of the other steps.

From the first time we entered the store through our last visit when we paid the bill, we were treated courteously and with respect. Tara was a huge help with our numerous questions and concerns. She was always patient and so easy to work with. We had a few hiccups but we were able to work through it all and could not be more pleased with our new carpet and tile

We were very happy with Weber's for our recent carpet purchase and installation. George Walker came to our home with samples. He was our contact as we selected and ordered the carpet. When we ordered, we really needed the installation expedited, and George was so helpful. The installers came the day they were scheduled. They were fast and cleaned up. The carpet looks beautiful. We also shopped at other carpet stores, but Weber's definitely had the best service and widest selection. Highly recommended.

We used Weber recently on 3 different jobs (whole basement and 2 stairways). The rep we had was George Walker. He did an awesome job. Came to the house, helped me make decisions on the best and most economical flooring. I never had to leave the house! The installers were very friendly, professional and worked their rear ends off moving furniture and doing an excellent job on the carpet. I will definitely use them again for future jobs.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Tara from the grandview store welcome us as soon as we went in the store and made our process of Finding a carpet (among billions of style)so easy. She is patient, always positive with a good attitude and always concern about clients need. As far as installation they crew that came in were great. We had a little issued with a minor detail on installation but the crew came back the same date and took care of it and were very polite. Overall my stairs looks amazing. Thanks you guys for making a big impact in my house
