I ordered flowers for (2) big events, my mother's birthday/retirement from work and my 10 year anniversary with my wife. House of Arnold Florist went above and beyond. They had the flowers ready on time and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Both my mom and wife were over the moon with the flowers. I will order from this company again for milestones and holidays! Highly recommend!

The bouquet was more beautiful than the picture! The recipient loved the arrangement and was impressed by the fragrant scent of the flowers and greenery/foliage selected. I will definitely order from the talented florists at House of Arnold again. My friend is celebrating her 50th birthday in a few days and she said this gesture kicked off her celebration and made her day. Thank you so much for delivering on time and helping me spark joy for her since she scrapped party plans due to the pandemic.

I walked around the shop and was greeted by a very friendly worker. They were just putting the finishing touches on my order. The arrangement was beautiful. They didn’t have the exact vase that was shown online but I think the one they picked out was prettier. The overall service was great. Highly recommended!

I want to thank The House of Arnold Florist so much for getting those beautiful flowers delivered to my girlfriend at her job the same day. She loved them.This was by far the best experience I had today. After dealing with proflowers delivery who broke a vase then sent the replacement to the wrong place House Of Arnold came through to same the day!!!!

Susanna from House of Arnold Florist was amazing!! I had a flower delivery being sent to me and she went above and beyond to coordinate the delivery making sure it would be convenient for me! I've never experienced such awesome customer service from a florist. They were really thoughtful and sweet! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for not only beautiful arrangements (which they were!) but also for excellent caring customer service!!

I used House of Arnold Florist for the first time to deliver flowers to my girlfriend. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Suzana. You are the best. I had to change the delivery date at the last minute because of schedule changes and Suzana was on top it if. She even offered to have them delivered late afternoon to accommodate but i chose to have them delivered the next morning, which was today. They delivered as requested and the flowers were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them. Needless to say, i will be using House of Arnold Florist every time i want to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend. I just want to thank them and Suzana again for exceptional service. This is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Many thanks go to House of Arnold. My dear friend is extremely ill in Hopkins while I am out of town. I couldn't find a single national florist chain that would deliver blue roses on a short notice (her favorite flowers). I googled for a local florist hoping for better results and emailed House of Arnold to see what they could do. Suzane custom-dyed blue roses for us, crafted a lovely bouquet, and delivered them to the room with an adorable plushy bear and nice baloon. The price was reasonable and the customer service outstanding (entirely custom bouquet and everything arranged over email).

I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife, to be delivered on the day before Valentine's Day. Everything went perfectly, and my wife tells me the flowers are still as beautiful today as they were the day they were delivered (four days ago). Great job!

Mothers Day. Called 20 places before I reached these guys. All closed or would not deliver that day (are you kidding - hire some extra staff -it's MOTHERS DAY!). Anyhow, spoke to a wonderful lady who accommodated me perfectly. I'm in CA. My daughter and grandaughter are there. Arnold's (43 years in business) has a new customer. 5 stars.

They take care about your gift!!. I left a note that my friend would not be available on delivery time, then the lady called me and give an option to deliver on another day to avoid extra shipping date. I thought they will just leave it on the door step. That was very nice of her!.
