The nicest (upscale) Hampton Inn I have been to (I am a Hilton Diamond and have stayed at many). They even have a reception (similar to Embassy Suites) on weekday evenings.response / report this review -

This is a very nice hotel, I was very impressed. The rooms are spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they have a really nice Hhonors reception, and it's a good location for southern San Jose. My only complaint is that the walls were a little thin, but it wasn't an issue during my stay.

Not bad. The rooms are decent but possibly too spacious. It probably used to be a suite and has been converted into a single room. Placement of the TV was in front of the bed so watching it from the couch on the other side of the room was a bit weird. Walls seem a bit thin but it was quiet nonetheless. Smoking rooms were in a different building so that was quite nice.

My family and I were very pleased with our accommodations at Hampton Inn & Suites. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The provided breakfast was satisfying and delicious. Staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. The few minor issues we had were immediately dealt with. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family, and will almost certainly return ourselves.

I was concerned staying here because I saw this place average score was not that high. The place was clean, attentive staff, always had all my toiletries. This place didn’t fail on any level!

Hotel is in a not so desirable area. Seems sketchy as there was a makeshift tent and obvious homeless camp next door. Hotel staff was very nice, apologetic and assured me my car would be ok. My room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Big downer was hotel is in flight path of landing planes which was annoying. All in all a nice hotel but will not stay again due to landing plane noise and location.

Was not happy with staffing, schedules, service overall for clientele was less than. I'm truly surprised this is by Hilton. 3 Star is being kind.

This hotel stay was amazing!!! The staff were amazing and accomodating. Check-in was great because I was able to do it on their website prior to arriving. Breakfast was great and the room was extremely spacious. I will be making sure that all of my hotel stays will be with Hampton Inn & Suites.

The location was a little difficult to find, and the layout of the hotel is a little odd, what with there being separate, unconnected buildings on the same plot of land. I didn't have much interaction with hotel staff, but they seemed helpful enough. The conference room I booked was left pretty dirty from the last group's usage. Candy wrappers, various sheets of paper left around the room, pizza boxes left on the counters. This could be understandable if I was there later in the day perhaps immediately after someone else used the room, but this was at 9 am. It's hard for me to believe that the staff didn't have any opportunity to clean it up before I arrived. Otherwise, it was a pretty okay for being the hotel that it is.

The receptionist was great when we entered. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. There is a complimentary breakfast that includes omelettes, waffles, eggs, fruit and coffee. The breakfast was great and everything was delicious. I believe check out was at 12 which is better than most places. Definitely coming back here when were visiting family again.
