Room was small but very clean and maintained on a daily basis. Water pressure was very low in a shower and it usually took a while to get hot water running. AC has no heating and it was fraking cold in the room when outside temperature was 18-20 degrees Celsius. Stove top could not reach boiling temperatures. Breakfast was wery bad for the fee payed. Hotel location is perfect near to everything. Beach seats with umbrellas are great and are at perfect location near Lincoln rd.

Good location. No-frills rooms, bed and washroom are nothing to write home about - though oven, microwave, mini-fridge and dishes are supplied.

I randomly selected this hotel for the first end of me and my husbands first trip to Miami. We arrived early so our room wasn't quite ready, but we were right by the beach. Since our room took a little longer than expected, they upgraded us for free! It was a beautiful apartment style room; made us feel at home. The only downside was the "breakfast included" which was very mediocre (toast and fruit, etc). Luckily there were places in walking distance that served breakfast.

A quaint hotel that is very convenient to the Fillmore, the Convention Center, Collins Ave and the beach. The staff was helpful with parking for our rental car. The room was clean with a kitchenette. The lanai is nice.

Firstly the staff, not even greeted when walking in the door. Not provided any assistance or offer for assistance with luggage. Booked a standard room with two beds given one double bed. No lights, no hot water, covered head to toe in bites. Later found out the bites were bed bug infestation. Also no towels had to go down and ask for them. When advising the staff of the issues they were complacent and non chalont advising nothing could be done. Will be requesting money back and reimbursement for fumigation costs. Could not recommend this place at any cost, it was disgusting , the pictures are so enhanced they are fake. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. If I could describe this place is one word- grotesque!

Do not believe the photos!!!! THEY ARE PHOTOSHOPED or where taken is one and only showroom!!! The hotel is very old and in reality is barely 2 stars! I was horrifies when we arrived! All the photos on the web are such a lie! I No drinking water, no first kid aid in the whole hotelDo not even mention that you would have to bring your whole bathroom to take a proper shower- no SOAP, no shampoo , nothing! The blankets are dirty from the beginning to the degree that we slept in out clothes! PLEASE avoid this hotel, pay a few hundreds more but enjoy your stay! Only good thing free WI-FI.

Great place. Took too long for me to get in the room even though check in was supposed to be at 3:00. Price is great though and what you get for the price is fantastic. A block from the beach and a couple blocks from all the restaurants and shops.

The room was dirty and damp, it was almost disgusting to sleep there. The entrance looks modern, but once you enter the room area you realize the hotel is in very bad shape. Not recommendable at all.
