I thought i finally found the best optometrists in the area, but I guess not. Ordered contact lenses and the doctor did not approve the prescription because I haven't been there since November 2016. It has not even been a year so there's no need for me to go back there to get another prescription. Basically they want you to come in so they can get their copayments.

Also, my mom made an appointment and when she gets there, the receptionist had an attitude and told her they don't have her scheduled and to come another time. She confirmed the time and date with them so this should not have been an issue. They need to have better staff at the front desk with a better attitude!

Doctor does their job. However, why do i need to wait two hours before being seen when I have made an appointment and this is not the first time. I will be finding a new office.

Moms Appt is at 11am. We are in the waiting room for OVER an hour & still waiting. Why make an appointment that there not gonna honor. Its not right!

Dr. Perez is amazing he caught my son's eye issue and immediately referred him out to a Pediatric eye surgeon who saved his eye sight. I credit birth him and the surgeon for my son being able to see the world around him.

They absolutely sucks who makes an appointment makes a kid wait a month to get glasses they need and then cancells the day of the appointment because the insurance year plan was 2 days ahead why don't you schedule when I actually can!? Like if youre going to call your self a "good" place you should be able to make you can schedule somebody when there actually eligible now not only did I get my first one cancelled but I'm waiting 2 weeks after when the original appointment to actually be seen SMH place is horrible

Was told i have borderline glaucoma. prescribed me lumagin. insurance company would not cover the eye drops without a prior authorization. call doctors office multiple times and they did not understand why i needed the prior authorization. told me i didnt need it. that went on for about two months. until finally i got a hold someone that understood what i needed. got the prior authorization, then received a letter in the mail stating that i got denied. 99.99% sure the doctor didnt fully described why i needed the eye drops. i think a monkey would understand better than these people. they caused me so much frustration and stress. i DO NOT recommend coming here.
