Drove to Mentor Kia from Erie, PA and received excellent service from our salesman Shaun. Discussed the details over the phone prior to driving out and drove home our new Blazing Blue Sorento later that day! Highly recommend this Kia dealership!

Closing on my 2018 Kia Forte with Sean Carlson!! This man is an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!!!!!
USAA, for the first time was an incredible challenge in getting us the paperwork. Sean never gave up and fought what I thought was a losing battle BUT HE WON AND MADE IT WORK!!!!!

Great, great customer service, fast, friendly, Alec is amazing! The bossman Scott is great! highly recommend. Will never go back to the one by my house! I'll drive far to this location but at least I know it will be worth it! Thanks crew an Scott you guys made all of this very easy to deal with!

On Saturday April 29, 2017, I went to Mentor Kia to buy a new car. I had an appointment with Scott. He was very nice and tried to put me at ease. I told him I was interested in a new Sportage and gave him a price range I was comfortable with. He asked what options I wanted and color. Since it was raining hard out he suggested that he would be happy to bring different cars for me to look at.The very first car he brought was perfect for me. We agreed on a price and did the financing and I felt comfortable with the deal. I would not be afraid to buy another car here, especially from Scott.

Rating one star simply because zero is not possible. Just saw the most unethical car deal i have ever laid eyes on! BE ADVISED if you want a kia do your homework this dealership is incredibly unethical.

Stephanie was phenomenal! I will recommend her to friends and family! This woman helped me even though my credit was not that great and took the time to give me every option available. She is a very professional, personal sales person and is the absolute best. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and that is a big selling point for me. She actually made the whole process of buying a car painless and stress free. Thanks so much Stephanie and I absolutely love my Kia Soul :) Thanks again!!
